  • Alok Tholiya No india has enough laws.no new laws are required. If such laws are enacted but misuse continues then criminals will be spectators and innocent activist, those do not give bribe and similar people will be hanged. Small timers Yusuf patel, Haji Mastan, Chota Rajan, Gavli , Dawood became big sharks as were patronised by police, public prosecutors, advocate slike Ram jeth maligned, and court while innocents kept suffering/ encountered etc.. No new laws required. Rather softening of many laws required but transparent honest accountable system is required.

    In our present Governance Machinery no system will ever work as it is thoroughly corrupted, junked and beyond repair. So law making comes later. Main problem is to first overhaul the political and bureaucracy.
