spread awareness abt how to use lokpal and make it effective

RTI was introduced in Maharashtra much before I used first time. Thanks to Late great activist Shri Keval Semlani whose workshop  I attended on RTI incidentally in my Marigold  hall.

The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 has come into force on 16/01/2014. No use to common man unless its benefits and how to use it against bad arrogant system is told to common man. I request all knowledgeable activists and orgs. to pl. spread awareness abt how to use lokpal  and lokayukta to redress their grievances and get  wrong doers punishment .
