While world is moving forward fast we Indians in the raj of scamsters are going behind. I was getting approx speed of 1.5 Mbps on my  MTNL no. 26173203 for last 3 years and I am paying Rs 800 p. m. for their 2 MBPS plan.
But since one month I am getting speed of only 0.23mbps etc.
That to half the time drops and stops.
While communication minister is busy in raising funds for elections the top brass of MTNL has no time to listen to my complaints.

    YOUR COMPLAIN IS NOT DIFFERENT THAN OTHERS.I AM ALSO FACING SAME PROBLEMS SINCE LAST OVER 10 YEARS.

    WE AS A CONSUMERS DO NOT HAVE UNITY AND CO CALLED CONSUMER ORGANISATIONS ARE ALSO HAND IN GLOVES WITH POLITICIANS AND POLITICAL PARTIES.VESTED INTERESTS.

    Your list of email ids is really exhaustive and must have created after long exercises.How many IDs replay or mail bounces-over quota ?

    We consumers have no unity and thus everyone fights hIs/her own battles.

    Like MTNL-Tata Indicom ( tata Docomo) is equally worse for their CDMA Internet mobile service.

    Their OWN engineer had accepted that Tata Indicom do not have enough signal strength at Chola office-6th floor Solitaire Corporate park,Chakala,Andheri(east),Mumbai and many complain /poor service emails to their complain/Nodal Officer etc.ARE NEVER REPLIED ONLY CALLS RECEIVED FOR BILLS PAYMENTS !!!!!!!
