  • Alok Tholiya I have suffered at the hands of police and courts all my life be it illegal tresspasser, nuisance tenant, illegal activities and huts around my building, cheque bouncing under 138, road accident of my family member, cheating by lookman CCTV co. , complainant against cheater and wife beater etc etc.. Police and courts have always been slack, delaying, siding the wrongdoer etc etc.. So I am not supporting them rather I raise voice against them everywhere. I am not knowing facts of case of Soonawala.But mt commonsense says and that is what WIKIPEDIA too says: Rape

  • Alok Tholiya Questions in my mind are: 1. Was soonawala a gynac or similar to be asked for help for pregnancy?
  • Alok Tholiya Even if Sonawala asked husband to wait out how much time he reasonably wait?If he became impatient he should have knocked the door.
  • Alok Tholiya No one can rape anyone while he is dressed. So when Soonawala was undressing what was the lady doing? Should she have ran? Should she have shouted? Should she have called for her husband. At least she should have told soonawala ( not calling him a doc as he is shame to doc fraternity) that I will tell my husband or I will shout and probably she would have scared him. By remaining silent she indirectly consented to beast full of over come with tamas.
  • Alok Tholiya In the heat did both partner? And then she repented? or framed or was it a preplanned ???? Lot of quetions so AAP must ask for lie detection tests.

  • Alok Tholiya AAP must approach Indian Medical Association ( and Anjali ji is herself very close to many doctors being very successful pathologist) to frame a strict guidelines for examinig lady patients like only in the presence of relative or a lady staff ( with patients written consent and in emergency) and such warning posters must be displayed in all clinics and hospitals that female patients must not be allowed to be examined alone.
  • Alok Tholiya By the way I am one of the only non medico who is a life member of Council of Sex Education and Parenthood International which has to its fold India's top Urologists, sexologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, Andrologists, endocrinologists, gynecologists as life members. I have attended several conferences and seminars and well read on theses subjects on net. Even then I will give full support to AAP and the victim for both undergoing lie detection test so that truth can prevail.

    Alok Ji, your observations & comments are to the point and correct. I endorse, whatever u have said. This is quite intriguing matter, and needs forensic intervention of all kind.
