For Fiber Thrill MTNL has to specially lay cable.Which is a costly affair. But definitely they need to modernise. But till then why can't they give Triband at the rates of Fiber Thrill and also give better speed if available with them. Why we Indians must not ever get the best and improve quality of our life. ...?????
