Dear Residents of TPS 3,
I am aware that all of us want to live in a green , beautiful,
peaceful , secure and modern neighborhood. Far from that our area does
not have even basic civic amenities, no security and no hope ????
Am I right?
Pl. understand what fails us: Supposing I start a factory and appoint
one manager but does not bother to monitor, motivate , check or audit
and if required whip then you know what will be fate of my business.
And on the top of it If just abuse him then will he be even loyal and
faithful to me or will like to meet me with enthusiasm?
Similarly, let us compare our area as ancillary industry and nation as
a huge industry. To run it smoothly we need to motivate our staff, to
achieve higher targets we need to give them incentives, to make them
loyal we need to celebrate Dussehra and Diwali together and give them
bonus and etc etc . In short now a days we even take care fully our
maids , car drivers too well as we realize their importance. But we
ignore our elected representatives.
Once anyone is elected from our area then he is ours. We have to
forget his caste, political party or other issues as we don't want to
antagonize and spoil chances of progress of our area. Or do we???
If we don’t show our face to our elected rep. and he does not show us
his face then that is a dangerous situation where progress , security
of our area suffers.
TO THAT END SOME OF ENLIGHTENED CITIZENS OF THIS AREA HAVE GOTTEN
TOGETHER AND CALLED A FELLOWSHIP MEETING WITH OUR ELECTED MUNICIPAL
CORPORATOR MRS MAHADESHWAR AND EX CORPORATOR SHRI MAHADESHWAR. LET US
BRIDGE THE GAP AND ONCE WE ARE SUCCESSFUL IN THAT THEN I AM SURE YOU
WILL FIND DEFINITE CHANGE ( FOR BETTER) IN SHORT TIME.
OUR FOLDED HAND REQUEST IS TO ATTEND THIS MEET IN LARGE NUMBERS AND IN
GRACEFUL AND CHEERFUL MOOD. IT IS LIKE LAYING FOUNDATION STONE OF NEW
PROJECT.
