It appears a foregone conclusion that the judiciary and governance in this country has reached the end of the road! 2 recent decisions, one by the apex court and the other by the government only goes to prove that the situaton is both hopeless and helpless!! Jugglerry in the delivery of sentence for 93 blast accused confirms the fact that there is no bench mark in the norms of punishment, whoever has a sword in hand is a sodier! All norms of justice was thrown to winds when in order to do an undeserved favour to sanjay dutt the court gave a few others too relaxation in verdict!

Providing special security to the "biggest Industrialist" at a cost of Rs 15 lakhs per month only goes to show that common man in this country will have to take care of themselves! This industrialist is one looking for spending (money, possibly earned through non righteous means) unlimited amounts ! What is 15 lakhs for one who pays an electicity bills Rs 70 lakhs per month! Needless to mention that these security people ment for the public in general would be bought over making the 15 lakhs look infanitesimal, as the men would be made to feel that he is the real boss!! No security provided to RTI activists who are attempting in a small way to correct the maladministration!! Ther is no wonder why terrorists, rebells
