Hats off to you for timely written factual and good article.
It is a shame that Judiciary has been giving bails to murders but giving remand to karntikari working to save India.
I have filed factual written complaint under 498A and 406 but police is taking its own time, dawood would not have been dawood if police had acted but they r acting against saviours of India.
History will curse such police (though all are not same but the few bad ones are enough to spoil image of whole staff), Judges and rulers.
Judges in India order as they like, they pass order to my mind.......as per me.....and even similar cases their orders can be different depending on factors which u cant narrate. In Pakistan u are afraid of Taliban and can't say anything against same and in India u can't say even factual analysis of Judiciary or u will be behind bars.
Same Judiciary gave anticipatory bail to youth congress leader who burnt his wife in Tandoor but sent Aseem to jail.

You teach lessons of good cartooning. If ur cartoons were worth anything then a toilet paper then you and tour carttons would have not allowed corruption and law lessness thrive. You only pleased your aka's and let them do scams where as poor farmers kept committing suicide, women get molested, child labour continued, adivasi children undernourished, suffering are untold but treacherous press and media let them flourish till Annaji, Baba, Aseem calle dfor revolution. If in preindependence people like you were bringing out newspaper and not KESRI or TILAK etc then we would not have got independence.
I see in Aseem the voice of teens ( and of likes of Bhagatsingh etc ) and call of ultimate fight against corruption. But surely some media and some cartoonists lige dar and sudhir / sudip who have been thriving due to present system are going to call for his death. Death of such bold people who can challenge the RAVAN RAJ will only bring true kranti. Go ahead and try!!!!!

Judiciary: Bail was given to hundreds of worst criminals even when court knew those whom they will grant bail will get in to their act again. But here a young boy who is not harmful to any property and life then why keep him in custody??? So many hundred dreaded criminals have disappeared when they were granted bail yet bail was given and here for sure we know Aseem can not disappear and even if he disappears will be totally harmless then why keep him in custody??
To, USA / Western countries: Pl.get Aseem there and give him your citizrnsship as he can not survive such system.

Good thought. However I disagree on few points
Comparing Aseem with Ramdev is really bad. Aseem has done it in true national spirit however Ramdev is attempting to power grabbing. It is known everywhere. Putting Ramdev with Aseem is insulting Aseem's efforts.
Well about USA, please do not forget that it is USA which has treated Assange in similar way. I fully agree to your rest other points

Some of us,like you,get branded "mad" if we raise issues.I have been doing that about water gushing from water pipes as and when I can-locally,of course.Even writing Letters to the Editor-most of which never get published.We are in dire straits water-wise now,but drive around this country and see the utter disrespect people have for preservation of scarce resources-which,incidentally belong to all,and which fact has been blatantly and almost criminally disregarded by the powers-that-be.Water belongs to all-but people must learn to respect it.I do understand,thus,that you can feel strongly about things.

The media community need not be so agitated or impatient about the incidence. The situation prevailing in the country is not exclusive of the so called 'fourth pillar' of democracy ie. media. If the legislature, executive or judiciary erred and gone wrong the media has also enjoyed the fruits of such wrongs. The attitude of the media as if landed straight from heaven is not at all convincing. Where were these people when farmers were committing suicide to get away from the midst of all the 'pillars' who were instrumental in crating and nurturing the situation as existing today. The media people also follow the elitisist urban centered and manipulated stories as if the true reflection of the happenings in the society. Let law take its own course and show patience to live with the situation.

And lo !! we have seen the enormous magnitude of corruption committed by them, still being defiant ! The acts of theirs have pushed millions to poverty and starvation deaths while have helped millionairs to become billioners!! Is this not worse than sedition!!! For common people of our country one life is not enough to make both ends meet and where is time for them to enter into sedition activities unless they are motivated by powers that be from within or out of the country!!! Our holy books and scriptures say one has a right to punish only if he is the savior providing means of life but with our politicians nothing remains after filling their "stomach"!!!

Unfortunately Aseem has been made a Slaughter Goat by Some of the dirty politicians. the only Intentions of these people is to Break and destroy every spark of the struggle for the campaign against Curruption to such an Extent that people should not even think about coming to gather and fight for their own Rights, and to some extent they have even succeeded in doing so..................................
And as Faar as the Question is of Aseem's Cartoon...... He has Intentionally, or unintentionally tried to make a Mokerry of the System by interpreting the symbols in a funny manner which should be simply laughed away or rather be Ignored if not liked. But there is nothing such as an Insult to the nation the way some people are Exazrating it..... I am no big a philosopher, or a Lawyer, or Saint to explain this but to the best of my knowledge when it comes to justification..... I would give more weight to a living being rather than non living things.... By which I mean You Harm, Hurt, Pain the Living Beings just because they laugh at some of your Favorit non living assets...... is inhuman..... Similarly be the National Symbol, Amblem, or National Flag Nothing should come before the People.
What is National or international it is all created by Boundries which are again created by us stupid humans which keep changing Now and then winning or loosing a battle ( a fight) Changes the National Boundries , When the Ruller changes the Symbols Changes Once you loose what use are your boundries and symbols they are going to be replaced …… but what remains is the people who survive the war…… In short a Country or a Nation is By it’s People and not by boundries or Symbols…… so we must learn to love people and not the So called Boundries or Symbols.
The world is heading towards the doom Slowly as we humans have started giving more Importance to Immaterial things...... and started Ignoring the God made Natural living Beings..... We have started wasting away naturally obtained Resources simply for our pleasure rather than using it carefully....simply because we have the reach to obtain it we shouldn't have the right to waste it away....
