BEWARE OF BOGUS COMPLAINANT IN MY NAME
SUB: why this declaration: Today I am told that a local leader has in my name made several complaints to concerned authorities about some demolition to be carried out. Hence this declaration that I have not made any complaint to any authority for anything happening out of my own property.
Some years back Highway Garage owner had approached me to find out why I had made some complaint to BMC/ MMRDA etc ?? I was surprised as I had not made any complaint. Later on I was told by a source that a resident of Highway House had made a complaint using my name as my name is quite reputed ( at least he thought so).
I had repeated cable fault problem in my building. I contacted my my close relative who was working on high post with Reliance group and sought his help. He got back to me saying I can’t recommend your work to anyone in my co. as you use lot of foul language, are rough with officers etc etc.. I was shocked to know revelation about my own personality not known to me. However I realised that one of my tenant who has no work as his father has left investments worth few crores and he is able to meet his expenses just by sitting at home and drinking 24 hrs is one who uses such language and arrogance. And possibly Reliance energy officers have thought since caller is from Tholiya Bhavan then he must be alok Tholiya. Or possibly he misused my identity to mislead them.
( going off track : some or other family members of this relative of mine has been regularly been at my place. Have they ever seen me like this ???? Did he verify the fact as blamed by reliance energy officers to not to extend help?? Or he did not want to help?? But atleast I did not get to clear my self so I have learnt that before someone misuses my name and poisons others against me I must clear myself.

Keeping Mumbai/ City clean, keeping drains clean, checking un liceneced activiteis, preventing unauthorised work is all duty of BMC to which organisation we are paying so heavily. But what goes on in effect is in the know how and syndication of all those concerned so making any noises brings no difference and we waste our time and energy on complaining about same.
Since all what is going on is all in day light, all in partnership or in know how and consent of who’s who then where is a need for any enlightened person to waste his precious time on crying before one who has no emotions, no moral,no sense of responsibilities and no concern towards improving city, condition of city / civic amenities/ living.
So I declare in writing that not even once I have made any complaint in writing in last 5 years or more to any authority for something happening out of my boundary limits. Specially I have not made any complaint to any civic authority for any structure unauthorised or otherwise mushrooming all around. And why should I?? Am I supposed to be that fool that I know my complaint will reach in 5 minuts in the hands of complaintee ( against whom there is a complaint ) and while authorities will make money out of it I will be seen as enemy. I do not do such foolish act anymore.
So I repeat and in writing that I have not made any complaint for any such civic issues to any authority.
Definitely I raise some public issues but only for awareness thru social media on net.
Thru this letter I request the local municipal, police and other authorities to let me know if any complainant to them comes in my name.

NB: My vehicle which was not obstructing any traffic on hans Bhugra Marg was towed but hundred of vehicle blocking traffic in no parking are not towed. So I wrote this to Traffic police. And LO! In half an hour a dozen people entered my cabin requesting me to withdraw my complaint. Traffic police promptly passed on copy of my complaint to them.
My whole building at Vakola Bridge is covered by unauthorised huge banner of a political party. I made a complaint. And instead of removing those banneers BMC officers removed my name boards from my building as a revenge and on the instigation of workers of that political party. So is it wise to make complaint to any one of them??????
