why things r going wrong in their life inspite of power of satta and patta ??????

Thanks for a valueable pc of info. May be even I shall try to use it. However any such place in India is a harrassment tool against citizens and I know for sure that only there will be tarikh pe tarikh ( date after date).
They will call u and then wont be available, they will misplace the file, they will make u wait in lobby ( and will offer no parking, stinking toilets, rude behaviour,
no fans, no procedure explained ( will advise u to appoint agent/ broker ) etc etc and after a decade if complainant is still alive then may the other side is dead. In MRTP New Delhi to consumer court to BMC, election office, Small causes courts, MACT, banking ombudsman, Insurance ombudsman I have undergone this.
 
And therefore my wise friends say Alok make money like others make and bribe and get orders / work done like they do instead wastring life in Indian govt and judicial, quasi judicial places.
 
But there is a error in my mind and I keep fighting with hardly any luck.
 
You may go on and afterall god is there. Definitely he indirectly takes care of person like you and punishes the evil doers ( ofcourse they dont realise why things r going wrong in their life inspite of power of satta and patta ( authority and money).

I have gone thru the same trauma at the hands of bureacrtas hundreds of time.
 
The remedy u tried to  find in Governor is also going to be ineffective as all these appointments whether of CVC, commissioners, Tiwari, governor, President etc etc are on the basis of not for their honesty but for their dishonesty. But preferance is given to one who can pretend to be honest, clean, or atleast has such image inspite of being dishonest.
 
No true honest can get the post which Ramanand or gov or Presi got.
 
I am running a sr citizens org for last 8 yrs in my area. There is member patil. They happen to be relative of President. In last allottement of flats they also got a flat in MAHADA. How?? That is inspite of having other flats in Mumbai.
 
I had come to know one Bhatrat Tapase. They were living in ruineous condition opp Sukhsagar, nr opera house.
 
Suddenly Morarji bhai picked up his father Mr Tapase as Governor of Haryana. And lo they soon got everything which even a industialist will by envy of. Including Gas agency ( which had very high black at that time) and what not.
 
I can go on and on. No appointments are without gratification. You have to pay back to system ( be it Cong or BJP or others) if you want appointment as anybody including Judicia......., police so who will work for you?????
 
So keep trying but leave results  on god and learn spiritualism to avoid B>P>..

I have rigoursly followed with RTI 's in last 2yrs..Finally the RTI commissioner Mr Ramanand Tiwari Instead of Penalising the PIO gave him 2 chances and finally issued orders to just file a follow up report.
 
I have sent a 2 letters 6mnts back asking the Governor to Dismiss Mr Ramanand Tiwari as he has acted contrary to the RTI act..
 
Finally filed compalint twice with the ACB ..Both times the ACB has simply sent the compalint back to the BMC commissioner who will in turn send t to the same ward oficials against whom i have complained.
This is done even after I have sent a copy of the HC order which states that the ACB should conduct its own investigation and there is no need for it to refer the matter to the BMC commissioner.

No one is interested in taking any action as not taking action means lot of bribe from illegal doers.
However u can now seek info under RTI asking info what action they have taken against ur complaint?
Before replying to you they have to do some khana purti ( atleast some minimum action) like issuing notice. Keep writing under RTI. Finally approach higher with these records.

Hi Friends.
 
My complaints to the Keast Andheri east -Building and factory dept are yeilding no results..it seems that this dept is trying to shield the Unauthorised/illegal work done by another BMC Sub engineer against whom I have complained.
 
Complaints to ACB have not Yielded any results as thet simply send it back to the BMc commissioners office who i think resends it to the Concerned Dept.
 
Does any one know if I can file a compalint with the maharashtra lok ayukt and how to go about it?
