- I am ur old and disciplined customer hence I request u to withdraw this original penal charges ( so automatically the penalty on penalty is null and void).
- I had requested for withdrawal of charges but subsequent charges were withdrawn but not the original charge.
- I realise many people including ur bank top brass are getting such income in this era that petty amount like Rs.350/- penalty and 40% interest looks very small to u.But I am a property owner of the time of rent act. Mercilessly govt, judiciary has not allowed any increase in rent, landlords are not allowed to charge penalty from defaulter, we can not charge interest more then 9% p.a., we can not afford to go to court( but u have being penal of recoveries agents and legal dept as same r at the cost of poor account holders). In such a low income system how can I afford to pay such high penalty which is irrational and unethical ( but allowed by finance ministry, RBI, courts because they r all in hand in glove with banks, builders, mafias, hoteliers , reliance energy etc and they can do any thing they like, they can increase their charges to to any level and send pathans as recovery agent, banks can afford to pay 10000/- to recover 1000/- this is their mentality.
The Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Finance minister of India and Judges of India,
- Sir/s, My tenants do not pay even Rs. 30/- for using whole room of 200 sq. ft. for a month and I can not charge them penalty of Rs. 5/- and banks are charging Rs. 350/- for + 40% interest. Why this double standard by you? And media allows such double standards, allows reliance energy to loot, allow banks to loot and others like contractors of pay and park to loot but defame and harass landlords? Is double standard a result of double blood in veins?
Thanks and Regards,
