Hon. Commissioner of Police,
Phule Market,
Mumbai

Dear Sir,
Namaskar.

I appreciate your extra ordinary initiative for having grievances redressal hearing on every Saturday at all police stations. It works unlike most other directives by various govt agencies. I have myself be able to get proper hearing at this forum. My hearty thanks, congratulations.

My humble suggestions :
1. MTNL is having a similar platform  known as Telephone Adalat. There they welcome ( not must) to write a request to the General Manager a letter or a give telephonic request for keeping subscribers grievances before next MTNL Adalat. And LO! What I find with such letter of request my issues were solved much before next Telephone Adalat.
If similar practice is started then this will save lot of time of and energy of all concerned. Officers themselves can keep the papers/relevant files ready. Other officers need not wait at police station for a chance to be called.
Note : Those who have informed their interest in attending redressal forum are to be taken first and then others.
A small white board / A4 size poster must display the name and designation of the senior officer who is presiding that days forum.

Sir, I was at sessions court recently as my daughter who is a complainant too was called. I found that there were many matters on board and in all over 13 Inspectors were waiting for their turn since 11am and many were freed only after 1.30 pm or beyond. Sir concerned IO had done a night and still was standing there since 11am.

My humble suggestions:
2. Officers who are to attend court on a particular day must not be given night shift on preceding night or heavy overtime compensation must be given to them.

It is your utmost duty to request Hon. courts to divide board in half hourly slots like 11am , 11.30 am., 12noon, 12.30 pm, and so on. We understand that these appointment can not be adhered to strictly as time to be consumed on particular matter can not be known in advance  but definitely not so many officers of your force will have to stand / wait for hours in corridors. And if your request is granted then same will benefit lakhs of litigants too which consists of females, senior citizens, sick, those struggling for two square meals , struggling to retain job, having responsibilities towards  children/ aged parents, sick in family  etc.. and bless you immensely.

Sir, while for imparting justice you need to spare your force to attend to courts but not for waiting unnecessarily for hours in corridors.

Sir,
Dindoshi court building is much nearer to Vakola, khar, Santacruz, Bandra etc  and is easily accessible thru highway, it has ample parking space, rooms, infrastructure and is in less congested area.

Request 3:  Pl. prevail upon Hon.  high court and govt of Maharashtra to shift sessions court to Dindoshi, Goregaon east for police station beyond Bandra towards north of Mumbai.

Hope your kindself will take up above requests on S.O.S. basis and oblige.
Thanking you,

Sincerely yours,

Alok Tholiya

CC to
Hon. PM of India with request to ask all govt offices, private and public sector organizations, services like banks, municipal offices, schools, institutes, mobile and similar cos.,  and even courts to have grievances redressal forums on every Saturdays. And they must give details of satisfactory redressal in their quarterly reports, audit reports, CSR, under RTI in section 4. This will improve quality of life of every citizen of India who are made to run  pillar to post for getting satisfactory reply/ redressal of their grievances. Suggestions if implemented all over then rising no. of Cases of B.P., diabetes , depressions, suicide and even  taking law in hands out of frustrations  will all go down drastically.

Hon. Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India with a request that not to have infinite board and have same half hourly slot wise.

My Reflections of Balasaheb.....he knew when to escalate and when to apply breaks and his breaks worked‏

In his absence can some one do that????? Will breaks fail and mobs fury will get out of hand in future???? I fear yes... and request all enlightened to make a take no chances and form a vigilance body...Alok

Dr Harishji,
Namaskar.
U hv made a very good Essay on Balasahebji.

He definitely fanned anti XYZ feelings but being born and brought in Mumbai I know how much ill treated Marathi Manoos were before his rise.
He gave them voice, dignity and confidence.

Even if he cud push things beyond a level but he did not and live examples are retaliatory riots in Gujarat which noone could control for long but he stopped at right time. He did not go beyond a level in case of Shahrukh and many others.

I am referring to your following statement:
I always wonder if Mr Thackeray would have used the 'Satyagraha' things would have been different.....I do not know......

I also feel that peace and brotherhood and adjustments should not be only expected and preached to Hindus and do not think that if Balasaheb had gone on Satyagraha things would have been different. It would have been either worst against Hindus if he had not inspired them and against order ( like in Gujarat) if he had not applied break. He timed it well.

It is like 10 goons trying to attack a child for his misdeeds but first the guardian slaps own child to win / pacify the prospective attackers and then goes ahead and makes appeal to them to calm down. He first won the confidence of angered and affected Hindus and then calmed them down or else things could have been bad. An unknown phantom ( fear of his personality) in him also restrained Muslims to a great level to.
I pray to god that we all live in harmony post his sad demise as there is no one who can control his followers and neither there will be any fear in the minds of traditional lawless groups in some communities.

I will request citizens like you to form a group who can rush to CM if they find any alarming situation  in city and ask him to be firm and ensure that situation does not go out of hand and post Thackerayji it will be worst scene either way ( Hindus getting brutally attacked like from the times of Mohammed Gajanavi ) or they get retaliatory like Gujarat which is equally bad.

The govt agencies as well as the enlightened citizens will have to be very alert and be ready to react fast if even a small incidence of communal feelings are seen flaring up.

Also in your detailed write up one thing left out is: There was a rampant eve teasing specially near ladies compartment. But he called upon Shivsainiks to teach lesson to such romeos and we found that last 25 years women had much better life in Mumbai then even in our Capital Delhi. But sadly scene is deteriorating in last few months we hear lot of crime against women. I request Uddhav to take a lead and start campaign against  miscreants and raise confidence in the minds of women and Sr. citizens of my Mumbai.

...........no one tells and sees tomorrow the way Alok does......

pl. help ..advise and my advise to TRAI and GOI that make minimum policies but see that they r implemented and citizens r not harassed....Alok

My mob no 9324225699 is reliance GSM mobile and is registered under DND.

I had received an unsolicited call from ; 011-47302226

I went on :http://www.nccptrai.gov.in/nccpregistry/How%20to%20Register%20complaint.pdf

As per this site of TRAI I have to call 1909 and register complaint against UCC.

However on Reliance 1909 they refused to accept the complaint . I talked to two of their call center staff then asked for senior and one rude Aditi came and repeated same. Then I asked for more senior and one Hasan came. He too said 1909 is not for registering complaint for unsolicited calls.

I do not know whether to trust TRAI or Reliance and whether Reliance is superior to TRAI and need not follow TRAI requirements?

Thanks and Regards,

Awareness about Jainism: No one raises such debates humble suggestions and appeal. . But for Alok.

Respected Muni Maharaj ji,
Sadar Charan sparsh.

My humblest suggestions and observations hope if not appropriate then u will pardon me.

  1. If topic of Pravachan is announced then same can be circulated by sms, email, notice boards and many more people interested in that topic will come from far and wide.
  2. If lectures are topic wise then a cassette series can be made, small book can be made, it can be hosted on YouTube.
  3. Lectures should more cover scientific aspect of Jainism for making it more relevant to youth of Modern times. Lectures should be covering spiritual aspect of Jainism which makes men peaceful, loving, caring, forgiving, humble, winning foes, making friends, improving relationships with spouse, family, neighbors, staff, partners.
  4. It should motivate police, govt, advocates and teachers and doctors to be more human and responsive as sufferers contact them and they treat them as bakra/ sacrificing goat.By virtue of good karma's of past they hv achieved a position thru which they can earn more good karma's but worldly pleasures and competition diverts them to sinful response to sufferers.
  5. The mighty and rich ( Jains) must build infra for samaj, reach out to those in need. Presently not so rich and below have to do ji hajoori of rich and mighty and rich and mighty only open up to another rich ignoring good member of samaj ( but not rich).
  6. Advice Following good ethics in business. Today most Jains in trade sell spurious, duplicate, stolen, bad quality products. And then if customers come back for service they do not attend even in guarantee period. Do not honour commitments on payments, delivery, quality.
  7. When giving tyag of Mithyatva also can include will adjust with  spouse, give up anger, give up bad words , give up drinking, do not eat in non veg hotels ( and if veg place is not there then eat there Salad, fruits, juices, etc)
  8. Give appeal to Build more schools with Jain temples, Jain hospital with temples, Jain hostels with temples etc..
  9. Motivate Jains to aspire to work for cruelty against animals, tree plantation and sanrakshan, behaving humanly with poor, downtrodden, workers, old, women, children and they must win International awards and recognition like Bahuguna of Chipko andolan, Mother Teresa, Maneka Gandhi ( animal issues), etc etc.... For all issues of Mahavir Vani other than Jains have won awards.

Some topics:
A. Healthy Heart thru Jainism

B. Jainism and depression
C. Jainism and getting rid of Bad Habits
D. Healthy mind , Body and Soul way to Jainism
E. Jainism and Relationship
F. Concentration in Students thru Jainism
G. Avoid Diabetes and Blood Pressure thru Jainism
H. Personality Development thru Jainism
I. Why jains are always blessed with High Social image ( Ethics in business)
J. Jainism and tolerance
K. Jainism and Humanity
L. Jainism and Harit Kranti ( Saving from Global warming)
M. Jainism and saving Water ( Even today not more than 5 % have sufficient potable water in India)

Utterly Butterly Request ........Recognise one who visioned and executed and achieved..Dr Kurien

To all Enlightened and Thankful personalities,
Sir/ Madam,
Namasskar.
Shri late Dr. Kurien nees no intro to yourgoodself.
He has done a lot for commonmen of India and for decades played a great role in uplifting poor villagers, milkman and farmers and that was a dream of everyone from the times of Nehruji to date. He made the white revolution a dream come true as was planned by govt planning commission.
Acually such people must get recognition and thanks from all of us in their life time which will embolden their faith in themselves and do more and more for society/nation.
However we have erred. And now is a time to atleast be thankful to such visinary taskman ( I have vision but know not how to accmplish and like me there are millions). But he thought, he planned , he worked hard and took all plans further and wide and far. Everyday there was a newer development and progerss and achievement.
Dr. kurien now needs no honour as he is no more but we as person of gratitude, ehesanmand, being thankful want him to honour and we want our government takes lead and appreciates a person who asked not what his country can do for him but he asked and did what he can do for his country. And can country be so ungreatful???
It will be befitting to honour him by giving Bharat Ratna posthumously and also declaring Birthday of Dr. Kurien as "
Sahakarya Kranti Diwas" on every 26th Novemeber. ( Due to serious personal issues I am writing this mail one day late but know well that even if I had written like many others few days back yet decision would not have come so fast) .
I am sure from next year onwards we will have thousands of shows, programmes, seminars, events, exhibitions etc
on Cooperative Movement Day which will further boost the sahakarya andolan/ cooperative movbement.
Thanks and Regards,
Alok Tholiya,

THIS DIWALI FIGHT DELAY DEVILS

THIS DIWALI FIGHT DELAY DEVILS

In Indian conditions for even legitimate & proper work or even for work of
mutual interest (dealer principal relations) (tax payee & payer) where there
should be no need to follow up we are made to slog, plead , request ,bring
influence and grease the palm. Is it because:

(a) We are disorganized (b) Slack (c) Egoist (d) overburdened (e) are busy
in meetings (f) most importantly over loaded with Govt. formalities (g) are
modern RAKSHAS (Devil) (psychic) & relish others sufferings (h) or that our
genes are of such inferior quality that we can’t deliver quickly, timely,
efficiently, can’t get organized, can’t do good of others rather can’t even
see good of others.

Where as bureaucracy / judiciary / politicians think it to be their
birthright to turndown/ delay / obstruct / harass I summon & do nothing /
prolong & cause damage / keep more & more ambiguities / keep changing
policies & law / keep introducing more & more paper work & forms to be
filed, enjoy big queues waiting outside cabin etc. however even private
sector company executives too make you run pillar to post for routine
regular work / claims / service I refunds etc. etc.. The dealers / customers
are so egoist that they won’t pay before turning you back hundred times, the
advocates will take dates as per their convenience yet not remain present &
even if present they would anxiously be waiting for fresh dates as are never
prepared well to handle the matter.

Presently whole life we keep bowing to executives* (Pvt. / Public),
Legislators*, Judiciary* (also & inspite of usual palm greasing) do vigorous
follow-ups/send reminders, appoint P.R.O ’s / till our last breath & prepare
our ‘widow to be’ our ‘orphans to be’ to do the same thereafter for death
certificate, to obtain probate, to get change of name done in property
records, to get claims settled on death.

The time & energy wasted on follow up if saved then not only your company’s
profitability will grow but country too will progress rapidly. Let business
men have more time to research, develop, produce, export & earn foreign
currency like China, Korea, Taiwan etc. do and kill ~~RAVAN~~* ( Executive,
Judiciary, Politicians) who only spend country’s money & block progress.

Therefore this Diwali take oath to quickly disburse pending work & as well
don’t give up easily when faced with delay devils & fight them & the day
will come when Life will become livable & loveable & you will once again
start loving your Country & Countrymen.

Response to Diwali message from WIAA‏

Response to Diwali message from WIAA‏

11-11-2012
These photos show that WIAA as most Indians organisations hv become tool to honob with VIP's. There is no photo which shows that WIAA rose to fight petrol prices, traffic jams, bad roads, bad lights on road, no parking for motorists, heavy fines, bad treatment by traffic police etc etc..
One good thing is atleast in 2012 20 years late then world started using net and PC WIAA has started using net. Hope they will communicate more with members and motorists and become true membe s org and not only of few self seekers.
Happy Diwali ( though it never becomes happy by jusy wishing but by fighting for our rights) .
Thanks and Regards,
