6 out of 9 mobile thieves are Muslim , they are all age below 31, all out on bail doing same crime
Saliant points from Replies to my RTI filed at Vakola Police on theft of my mobile handset.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Gross Value of mobiles lost or stolen: Not Known
( My suggestions : 1. Should Govt not make it compulsory to ask for value.
2. Should not govt charge Rs 100/- from a Person not giving copy of bill )
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I had to spend 4 hrs to register FIR for my stolen mobiles. To my query they replied that minimum 30 minutes may go in registering FIR but on maximum side they remained silent.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To my very specific query Police replied that since 2011 they arrested 09 persons for mobile theft but all of them are out on bail. So one can guess what police prosecutors and courts are up to and how criminals are quickly back in business raising funds for their rescue.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Age group of all nine belong to 18 to 31 years and all are male.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Not to my surprise out of 9 arested 6 are muslim, and 3 are Hindus. There r none from sikhs, Jains, Parsi, Budha, etc ... U can see those who do not follow family planning keep producing but not able to develop their own children as a honest, responsible citizen.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
They hv remained silent on my query that when police is extremely busy then why they do not allow consumers to directly approach a body to be formed under TRAI to get details of their new mobile user thru IMEI no. ? Only if matter is difficult to be resolved by TRAI mobile locator body and consumer then consumer can approach police.
My insistance is to keep role of police minimum and only in grave matters.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
however they have not been able to track my mobiles so far.

An activist
“An activist is someone who cannot help but fight for
something. That person is not usually motivated by a need
for power or money or fame, but in fact is driven slightly
mad by some injustice, some cruelty, some unfairness, so
much so that he or she is compelled by some internal moral
engine to act to make it better.”― Eve Ensler

Alok adds: Thus he fights those who have fractured internal moral engine and who for personal gains ( vote bank, mania for power, name and for filling own coffers) keep inflicting hurts, cruelty, injustice, delays, harassment on innocent citizens.
And activist becomes sour of their eyes and they want to punish him at any cost so will try to spoil his career/ business, issue notices, hurl abuses, file a false case on him and defame him and if he is too much of a hurdle in achieving their immoral ambition then will not hesitate in killing him in an accident, encounter, .........and so on.

Whole my life I must have read millions of articles on how to buy and at good price a house, grocery, vegetables and fruits etc , how and where to find good food / hotel, etc etc.. Most papers have highlighted black marketing in food and grain, kerosene, and so on. But never ever they have highlighted where to get, how to appoint, how to get the work done without harassment and delay etc etc from a professional. So only Alok Tholiya tells you this for the first time in your life : How to get the return on investment on a professional: how not to get cheated / mislead by them, how to smoothly get your work done. May be some writers will start writing book on these topics after reading this article and make millions.
There are exceptions and that proves the rule. There are many good professionals , suppliers, contractors who have saved our life, case, property, business, money etc etc and I salute them.
- Many Professional are expert in fooling innocent clients. They handle so many novice immature persons like you and me everyday. They know how to terrorize you by showing laws going against you, officers going against you and so on. So before approaching any professional do your own research, study on net, discuss with those experienced and are your well wishers.
- Do not get fooled if there is a long waiting queue at the office of your professional as it may be his tactics. It is a sign of how poorly he plans his appointments, how disorganized he is, he is calling his clients unnecessarily to show long queue. A good professional is one who values time of his clients.
- Also keep eye on his back office. Whether your file and records are safe, are available without fuss and loss of time, the record room is leak proof, there r no termites, confidentiality is maintained and so on. Still give only photo copies to them and keep originals in your safe vaults.
- Jot down on piece on paper what you want to achieve out of an appointment of professional. And importantly in what time frame. And put down that as a condition in appointment.
- Pay fees stage wise to all professionals, contractors, suppliers, vendors. If you make full payment in advance then you will get poor attention, poor service, poor deliverance, delayed deliverance, harassment, followups etc..
- If u have a powerful horse then you must have strength to control that horse or it will throw you off. Keep nakel ( control ) at all times in your hand.
- Always take proforma before appointment from them which must quantify the work , must have commitment of time schedule, it must have penalty clause on deficiency in service as well as awarding clause on good and timely deliverance.
- As much as possible the proforma must give details of possible officials outgoings ( like govt duties, stamp fees etc etc) and also must quantify out of pocket expenses. If you leave it totally unexplained and undefined and quantified then there r hundred percent chances that you will be cheated and looted.
- Like you and they negotiate for buying fruit to anything else you can without hesitation discuss, seek details, negotiate, ask for discount, credit as per your genuine need and market scenario.
- Appoint professional who lives near your place, who is under your influence, who uses courier, email, sms ,pen drive, pc and other modern gadgets. Any professional thinks that you are a faltu person having lot of time will keep calling you unnecessarily for something which can be done on sms, email, etc..
- For approval of draft etc you do not have to go to their office and do it thru email. Tell them in advance that you will see them personally/ attend dates personally only if and when there is definite need and not because they want you to attend as they are busy somewhere and are saving by not hiring assistant and yet charging high fees.
- It should be their duty to give you all records, proceedings, copies, preparing you for cross and questioning, giving tips and cautions etc..
- Finally always remember that you are the master of your professional, suppliers, vendors etc etc and you may choose to fire/hire them, write against them to their bar/ association, consumer bodies , newspapers etc etc if they purposely or negligently cause you loss, damage, hurt. You can take up your cause directly before higher authority / judge or anyone if your hired professional is not able to do justice with your work, case, project, assignment and he can not take it as an insult as your loss is your loss which you have to save / avoid and that his failure should not cost you in terms of money, reputation, time, etc .. .
CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS ARE MASTERS AND THEY MUST KNOW THAT AND FEEL THAT WAY AND LIVE THAT WAY.
Thanks and Regards,
Alok Tholiya

2014 election effects and Alok tells you this in advance .....be prepared for such incidents
Pl. note that very crucial loksabha elections are coming. Many party are importing tons of counterfeit notes to spend in elections. They have asked RBI to do so. ........no one tells you this except Alok .........or they should wait till elections are over.
Also in next few months hundreds and thousands of cars, two wheelers will be stolen as they are needed by UP Bihar politicians.
Looting of banks, jwelery showrooms etc will be common again as money is needed by criminals contesting.
The cases of extortions and kidnap will rise, smuggling of firearms, drugs will be up.
The political party honchos who have parked their money in land, golds, shares will start encashing as they need funds so there will be down slide in market of these items.
Carefully read paper and as elections come near you will read all such news daily over a bed tea. ........Alok
RBI ask banks to collect counterfeit notes and give credit to customers.
The Reserve Bank guidelines on counterfeit notes to banks indicates that banks will have to streamline their system in a manner that they have to bear the risk of receiving counterfeits rather than the common man who suffers a loss by unknowingly comes into possession of such notes
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has directed banks to collect counterfeit notes from depositors, mark them appropriately and also give credit to the customer for value of notes submitted.
“Detection of counterfeit notes, at banks, should be at the back office or currency chest only,” the RBI said in a circular issued on 27 June 2013 . “Banknotes when tendered over
the counters may be checked for arithmetical accuracy and other deficiencies like whether there are mutilated notes, and appropriate credit passed on to the depositor or account or value in exchange given,” it added.

The RBI has further said that banks, which detect and deposit such counterfeit currency, would be compensated to a small extent. In the circular the central bank said, “It has been decided to compensate the banks 25% of the loss incurred in respect of counterfeit notes of Rs100 and above detected by them and reported to RBI and Police authorities.” This means that banks will not be absolved of the duty to check for counterfeits, but would not be the losers when a small number of fakes get past them.
The problem of counterfeit notes has been escalating over the years. Recently, fake Indian currency, worth Rs37 lakh from a Chinese source was detected at a Delhi restaurant. In another recent case, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has revealed clear link between Pakistan and Jammu and Kashmir-based terror outfits pooling their resources to circulate fake Indian currency and using it to fund jihadi activities in India, says a report from India Today.
According to RBI, reporting and detection of counterfeit notes has not improved on its expected lines. RBI said although 90% of the currency chests are with the public sector banks, they account for reporting of a mere 10% of counterfeit notes, while private sector banks with less than 10% of currency chests are reporting 90% of such cases.
