I duly protest on unreasonable charges unilaterally levied once we have opened an account with you. And when HDFC finds that we are stuck up with you.

I feel like mobile portability RBI must now introduce norms for bank account portability so one can easily switch to other bank and does not get  sucked like milch cow. 

On one hand govt gives so much of freedom to banks , electric suppliers,milk suppliers  Taxi, autos, PUC booths ( they started with Rs 20/ per vehicle few years back and now charging Rs 100/-) , pay and park ( started with Rs 3/- are now Rs 100/- per 3 hours) years    etc etc who  hike their charges as and when they like but old property landlords

coming under rent act of 1950's are not allowed to even charge Rs 1 extra. 

 I am still getting Rs. 30 per month per room from my tenants who are happily paying for cable TV/ DTH Rs 450 per month, paying Rs 42 per liter of milk, paying Rs 250 per plate in a hotel, paying Rs 80 per liter of petrol but but same tenants represented by Murli Deora , Ad D C Mehta says are poor and can not afford increase in rent. And double standard courts and govt allows them. 

Sir, I will not tolerate in new charges on my account and as it is while u were charging 10% on LAS accounts as interest now u charge 14% +. All unilaterally. On these charges top bank officials thrive and make millions by making us poor. 

And poor landlord are not allowed to levy a single paisa. And they say equality??? Ad D C Mehta who was charging very low fee 20 years back  is now charging in  lacs but wants landlords to get peanuts. So be it banks , politicians , media or advocates all want to be rich at the cost of innocent citizens especially poor landlords... the shelter providers.

window dressing by media and municipal authorities but they will be back in their act soon

This will happen for only next two or 3 days and there after they will start patronizing illegal structure, illegal business etc and will continue to thrive with all illegal activities. Announcements for all raids, actions, notices, demolitions etc is for cooling down public tempers and once that happens media will come up with new sensational reports and bureaucrats will start their acts again in collusion with politicians.

I hv read such planted news in media 500 times in last 57 years and never seen any honest serious continuous drive.

If govt.  sells   land grabbed by land sharks ( bureaucrats and politicians as without their blessings and partnership no files moves an inch) .then every Indian can be given a crore rupees or so.

Similarly the builders have made 1 lac crores in last 4 years by selling at super built up, and then illegal floors and then  saved by giving bad constructions are heavily leaking, falling. Where as the buildings of British era built by landlords are still there but landlords are wiped off and tortured by rent act, delaying courts and media.

His second letter was on March 18 when two floors of the building were completed and the third letter was on March 30 when all the seven floors were completed. Bhoir said no action was taken at any of these stages. Mangal Patil, another activist, said he too had regularly corresponded with the TMC over hundreds of illegal constructions coming up in ward no 64 which also includes Shil area. Sandeep Malvi, TMC's PRO, said: "We are checking the records to see why the complaints went unattended or what action was taken after these complaints. However, time and again, we have been taking action against illegal constructions in this area."

Reducing of sms to curtail Annaji and Ramdeoji type andolan

Alok Tholiya Govt has reduced sms not because rumors can be spread but because scams info and andolan / anashan news can be spread. This is dictatorship and misuse of TRAI. They have not tried to stop bangladeshi migrants which will become one day threat to country and weak and meak Hindus. They have not stopped smuggling, drug peddling, riots, corruption, pornos, etc etc but stopped sms. And that too without fully making aware the users. Two months back I paid Rs 5500 /- due to this new sms fleecing policy. Why the mobile cos were not ased to send sms when 90% usage of sms per day limit was introduced???

Gaurang dear , Great mail. Revealing. Encouraging. Making bold comments and opening eyes specially when there is a demand to rescue  Sanjay Datt. Would same demand come if you and I were found guilty. So even I m tired of VIP,s getting scot free and innocents punished/ harrassed and crushed. I am also feeling pinch that my father paid more IT  then Amitabha but died LS/ Low income group but the govt officers and politicians became rich with these monies. 

I m also tired listening that Muslims( includes UPians, Biharies and Haryanvi etc) are poor and need more from society/ govt. I do not know why should they produce 6 8 or even 12 children and ask us to pay for them. I agree to support for first two children of all poor and backward from all religion but not beyond that. .....and so on.....

Specially I want to add that I am shocked to see day in and day out illtreatemnet and not allowing equal right to dignity and education and employment to women by various notorious people, sects, communities. 

I am also fad of so called modern countries allowing voting rights/ right to religion  to those migrants who do not give others same right back in their country.  

I am also fad up by those who people of other religion bad and terrorists in one go. There r bad elements in all. The proportion may differ.

I'M 74 AND I'M TIRED!! Brilliant!! "I'm 74 and Tired" Worth reading... I'm 74. Except for brief period in the 50's when I was doing my National Service, I've worked hard since I was 17. Except for some serious health challenges, I put in 50-hour weeks, and didn't call in sick in nearly 40 years. I made a reasonable salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, it looks as though retirement was a bad idea, and  I'm tired. Very tired.  I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.         I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't "believers"; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and Shari'a law tells them to.     I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries use our oil money to fund mosques and madrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in Australia , New Zealand , UK, America and Canada , while no one from these countries are allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia or any other Arab country to teach love and tolerance..   I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.  I'm really tired of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems. I'm also tired and fed up with seeing young men and women in their teens and early 20's be-deck them selves in tattoos and face studs, thereby making themselves un-employable and claiming money from the Government. Yes, I'm damn tired. But I'm also glad to be 74. Because, mostly, I'm not going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for my granddaughter and her children.   Thank God I'm on the way out and not on the way in.  There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us  sends it on ! This is your chance to make a difference.  "I'm 74 and I'm tired.    If you don't forward this you are part of  the problem"... !!

 

 

Sorry ......due to drought in our state the Holi event is cancelled...shortly we will announce next event

Dear JU members. 

While I take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy Holi but feel proud by announcing that our holi gettogahter as earlier announced stands cancelled. 

I said proud cause we are only satisfied enlightened citizens of this state. Most part of our state is going thru acute water shortage. And general feeling was to avoid arin dance holi which needs several tankers of water. 

Respecting sentiments of all who felt one with our bretheren facing shortage of water we have cancelled holi celebration this year which is otherwise our annual fixed agenda. 

This year we can apply holi gulal tilak minus the use of huge quantity of water and enjoy Thandai and pakoras and yet celebrate festival of victory of vice over good and brotherhood. 


NB: All those who do not wish to play with colors should not fe forced applied however they must understand this is not part of religion but a custom of spreading brotherhood and victory of right and good. So any one of any religion can participate in holi without disturbing their religious beliefs. 

TV and media must spread awareness about benefits and ills of these customs and how ills can be overcome. Serials showing holi with water must issue some requests on save water. Colours used must be of a good quality. Trees must not be cut and instead burn waste and filth etc..

We had several speakers from Brahmakumari, Osho, Ramakrishna Mission, Jain Saints, Chinmayanand Mission, Art of Living, Hospitals, Santacruz East Yoga Institute, Civic bodies, Police office etc.

We offer items needed by patients like fowler bed( patients bed) , wheelchairs, tripods, crèches, walkers  etc.etc.. which we offer to needy without any rent.

regarding house to house Garbage collection.

Sir for any good scheme/ programme to succeed there are two most important things:
1. Brain storming with citizens/ affected masses or their representatives.
2. Pre launch awareness meet. Ideally BMC on its own must call a meeting at their cost, at their premises over a cup of tea and educate the masses about need for this programme, what benefits are expected out of such programme,what is expected of citizens and why?
I strongly feel this is very autocratic/ dictatorial to directly issue notices to citizens and punishment if they fail to comply ( as if we citizens are your ( GOVT bureaucrats) slaves).

In the interest reasoned above I request you to come with necessary presentation/ flyers and speakers on this House to House Garbage collection programme and other current civic issues.
Next meeting of my senior citizens group named above will be held @ 4.30 pm on 15th Feb. 2013 at above address. Meeting will be over by 6pm.
