 I am disturbed as do not know what can help Late D K Ravi's family? Can AAP offer some good job to atleast one family member of this brave honest son of India?

no one condemned attack by Muslims on Jain idol at lucknow but....

I condemn attacks on Christian minorities in Pakistan & India. This is inspite of no Christians,Sikhs, Hindus Buddhists, muslims vocal for every right not condemning attack on Jain Temples in Kashmir and breaking of Jain idol last year by Muslims returning from namaz in lucknow. As I stand against all wrongs without connecting my personal interest. 

Does some people want camera focus by starting controversies?? Can't they be putting efforts for betterment of tomorrow

I find smallest tree, flower, fruit, animal, smallest of the man in society and so on either spreading fragrance, giving food, contributing to society as applicable. No one wants be a burden on society life time. They give back. Specially when they r in a position , are free, are retired and so on. You are free now. There r two choices. 1 Use or free time to raise controversies and seek limelight. Or do some thing futuristic, lead society to better tomorrow. If not by money, not by personal labour then atleast by writings. create some awakening, raise some issues of present times so when highlighted by person of your stature then they are redressed faster and so on. Our forefathers be in family or at the level of nation may have done some mistakes and we have two choices. 1. either curse them or start in constructive way from where they left. Sir, your intelligence , your writings need to be used for better tomorrow, handing over to our future generation and more peaceful, lovable, liveable society and ont just society crying on past.Some thing which was done by our forefathers in their limited farsight, vision, circumstance etc can not be undone by maligning them. But by filling the gaps left by them. Hope great person that you are will take this request from a humble person who feels every minute I have been taking something from society and it is my utmost duty to pay back humbly to the society I live in. And as taught by my religion pardon others mistakes and do a good work and earn good karmas. And out of many opportunities before you the greatest is suggesting ways to improve justice system. Banks must extend easy loan against purchase of commercial premises..........Alok

A medical student spends lacs to get seat. Spends years in educations. Is paid paltry as intern. And finally if he decides to set up his own clinic then he needs few crores to buy a place in city like metro. Another option is to set up a clinic in illegal structure in slums. This is what society gives to budding doctors and then expects that doctors should be human. I agree they should be. But it is also our duty to understand and solve serious issues faced by them. Banks ( who are under Finance ministry and RBI) offer easy loan for housing with repayment in 15 to 20 years. But if a qualified person asks for a loan for buying space for clinic / office/ commercial premises then the rules are stringent, interest rate is high, repayment period is as short as 5 to 7 years. In a city like Mumbai even if  any qualified person has to set up an establishment / office, clinic then he will require minimum a crore or two. To pay back same in such a short period with interest is really difficult. Therefore my request to NAMO, FM and RBI and all banks is to review the existing policy and encourage self employed qualified professionals viz. Architects, doctors, CA's , Advocates and so on to take loan with long repayment period with other terms as in housing loan. This will boost employment and provide services to common man at reasonable fees.

Holi .... a fun and frolic day ......but some let loose monkey in them.......Alok

Holi is a festivals of colour, joy, love and friendship. So every attempt must be made to ensure that we specially our children do not indulge in any activity which can cause harm to anyone like by throwing balloons or using chemical colours. We must also ensure that we do not hurt feeling of those who due to their cultural do not want to play holi. It is their right and privilege to not to play and no one should forcibly or irresponsibly throw colour on them. Do not throw colours or balloons on train passengers or passing vehicle as same can cause accident. Also ensure that you do not forcibly put colours in eye while applying same on face. In case of accident do not delay ruching to a large hospital as smaller ones may not have facilities and staff on Holi day/ holiday. Protect your eyes. Girls may avoid going out in areas where hoards of youth are moving and are noot in their senses. Best is to play holi with family and friends in your own society or so.

Not interested in Budget ...but in BMC and courts....noone tells you this ...but Alok

I am not very concerned about Budget. It does not affect me much directly. What affects me most is civic bodies and judiciary. We pay several municipal taxes, octroi, licence fees, development fees, high water and sewage charges, wheel tax and so many naively put taxes like even on board display outside your office or shop and so on. In return what we get is a shit everywhere, unauthorized structures, traffic jams, water logging, sewage over flowing, bad schools, poorly run hospitals, pot holes everywhere, pollution, unwalkeable footpath, BMC bribe is more then construction cost of a new building, falling buildings, no parking space, no open space, poorly maintain garden, roads worst then trenches, several type of epidemics and diseases affecting and dengue and H1N1 and TB commonly, while harassing those doing some renovation minor changes in their own factory, offices, houses but same BMC patronizes illegal hawkers, slums etc who give bribe to them in crores, water bill deflated if you bribe and inflated if you do not, VIP area are spic and span but commonman areas are neglected ........and I can go on. So I will request Arnab Goswami and others in media to give start shows on BMC and other civic bodies who loot us daily in crores but make Mumbai / city a slumbay/ unlivable. Courts does not affect many directly but the common frauds, mafia, non payers, encroachers, atrocities on weak, downtrodden, women, old etc and so on is due to courts not giving justice in time and dishing out bails faster then fast food served in food joints and issue injunctions and stays without any legitimate ground on the face value of well connected advocate.
If municipal bodies and courts are improved then our life will change drastically.

NAMO and his FM should ensure that they give central funds to municipal bodies only if they are transparent and efficient.

Budget must give better salary and infra to judicial staff and modern facilities to courts.
I expect nothing else from any good budget first then these two things.

Shri Katju ji, I too am your fan. I won one contempt case defence drafted by my friend Ad sandeep Jalan which was guided from your writings on the subject. However some differences is normal. I think you should have avoided above writings. Recently u hv seen How French magazine staff was ( including those who were not the part of the cartoon were killed. This is in 21st century. During Babar 's time and prior what atrocities and rapes, inhuman treatment, loot , demolitions of thousands of temples, killings of our saints must have happened you can't even imagine. Great Sikhs have made laser audio visual which they show in Nanded Gurudwara which tells us how great saints were tortured to death by putting them in boiling oil. The Hindus are so great that we have forgotten all this. Given equal right to everyone which our folks do not get in Pak and BD and in no other Muslim country. Ram is a biggest god worshiped by Hindus. Their strong belief is that that place is a Janma bhoomi / birth place of Bhagwan Ram. And purposely Babar created a mini mosque there. The mosque was not in use for long. Hindus kept pleading to just handover that place for restoring Ram mandir . But only because of few fanatics the other soft nice hearted Muslims too kept quite. Everyone wants the solution to this erring issues and other erring / bothering issue is non family planning of many Hindu and most Muslims. These are two very big challenges before us. These can not be sorted out by such writings. I and all those Hindus I know want to live in peace, brotherhood , full and equal right to all be it Muslim, Christians,Jew, Buddha, Sikh, Jain, Parsi and all others. So let us refrain from making comments on issues which are not understood ( specially not understood the deep hurt and feelings of Hindus and in Hindustan and not appreciated their nature of adjustments and peaceful ways) . For an example when few years back Great Buddha statue was demolished by bombarding in Afghanistan there was no riot against Muslims, when in Kashmir, Pakistan so many temples are continuously attacked but no riots, last year in Lucknow park jain Murti was broken by Muslim mob post Namaj and there were no riots. So it only Hindus, Buddhists who work for peace inspite of sever provocations so your writing above is wrong. ............probably no one one told you this in these words ........except Alok ......by the way I am not worshiper of Bhagwan ram and I visit Hindu Temples, Mosques , Gurudwara and Churches with full respect regularly specially when I am in a city where there are any such famous historical worshiping place.
