Are BJP local leaders contractible and helpful??????

Alok Tholiya When AAP won elections in Delhi they massively circulated contacts details of their newly elected MLA's. Has BJP done so? Does anyone know where is BJP local office, where to contact BJP MP, MLA and corporators. Do they hv time to see commonman? Will they take interest in common-man's issues? At least I hv some of the issues but do not know where to go and whether they will really help. And my issues are never illegal , immoral, unethical. As far as most difficult things r concerned I try to solve myself but there r some hardcore corrupt govt. officials who do not budge without huge bribe or without VIP intervention. Today Mumbai, Maharashtra and center all are under BJP . Will someone help? NAMO has his own official site where he welcomes complaints and suggestions. Does BJP local leaders give such facility?

Ak pl. give more then what u hv given in terms of free water and cheap power as.........

we pay so much of taxes, tolls , charges, octroi that every ministry does 1000 crore to 10000 crore scam. If these pilferage is stopped then much more can be given. Give me power and I will reduce all taxes by 50% and yet have more development. If u want to see how commissioners , collectors, ministers live , what they own, how much they hv in swiss and so on then u will realise that AK has given less as all pilferage has stopped . K has given is much less then

Alok comments on controversy on one religious head extending support to a particular political party: Every Indian has right to support / extend support to any candidate or any party legally standing. Any controversy is attack on their freedom. As far as religions over tones are concerned till there is some healthy law all religious heads some little or some more are giving dictates / fatva or trying to influence voters.
It is discourteous to refuse any support. One has right to support as a voter and if you have not asked for it just keep quite as anyone doing so on his / her wish is his right and concern. There r smugglers, mafia, criminals and so on contesting or supporting some one or other but there is no halla gulla but a particular religious leader doing so is attacked left right and center. Why? If Akali heads , sadhvis, sadhus, Sri sri, Baba, saffornists, communists, saccha dera, Jats, maraths, some on language some on community, Dawoodi bohra head, Churches etc can take sides then what crime a particular religious head has done to invite so much criticism? Let us not have double standard or so much of venom against a particular group on account of their siding with some one you do not like for your vested interest

I am a real estate agent. I offered one of my friends property to a builder. Today he  told me that he will  have to buy TDR, pay premium and purchase Fungible FSI for which he will have to pay few crores. Then he said about 3 crores he will have to pay as bribe to Municipal staff and commissioners without which neither plans will be approved nor OC will be given. Pl. note that Mumbai municipal corporation is controlled for last 30 years by BJP and Shivsena. Then he added that  he will have to give about 8 lacs to PWD officers of Govt of Maharashtra for Highway authority NOC. Presently BJP is ruling Maharashtra too. Though it is sin since the time of Congress regime so we can understand that BJP can not cleanse the system so fast. But then there has to be some fear while demanding or accepting bribe which has not come means that govt officials are sure that BJP is not against corruption.

Todays newspapers loudly and clearly says that Mumbai municipal corporation will be hiking the already high taxes and also will be introducing newer ones. This is all done as scam can increase in municipal work contracts and booty can be shared between officers  and BJP/ SS leaders.

So what is this nose about development? As I observe development means gifting billions of rupees land to business tycoons and MNC's, giving them scarce power,  water on asking where as ordinary citizens waits whole life for some more power and water. All licences are given upfront to top notch influential businessman but aam admi is made to run pillar to post for even admitting serious sick patient, for obtaining death certificate, for even basic essential services. While industrialists and businessman are given 1000's of crores bank loan without security but even medical or education loan to small guys r given not before lot of harassment and securities. Against my own property I am not given loan but builders are dished out huge loan irresponsibly. VIP's are treated in govt offices as king but a common man is ill treated, insulted, made to run pillar to post for years. Justice in courts are evasive. Good lawyers, doctors are beyound reach and only cheats available to serve ( fool and loot) aam admi.

Be it police or school or govt hospital  u r treated like a unwanted burden who has been paying taxes thru nose.

Delhiites think of your day to day experience ? R u treated with dignity? R ur small work and needs met? R u able to save after paying taxes which BJP in Mumbai Municipal is proposing to increase?

Note only AAP or similar party can reduce taxes as scam and corruption will go down. U will get respect as equal citizen as Ambani and Adani and BJP leaders get. definitely congress regime was worst but things for common man has not changed a bit. ...................Alok Tholiya

Response/ attitude ( of corruption/ delay/ harassment) from govt depts , police, courts hv not changed inspite of NAMO being at helms of affair for so long for a commonman. May be Adani / ambani likes hv big lands and bank loans and licences approve d and NAMO will claim development. But nothing has changed in our life as ordinary citizens.

Chetan Bhagat, corruption affects me minute to minute. I am failure because I dont bribe, I dont hv cocktail with judges, police, VIPs, I do not provide them girls and so on which the successful ppl do every day and night. As a common man I am doomed due to corruption. And if there is reduced corruption then even internal and external security will be strengthened. Dawood who arranged serial bombing and the Thapa the kapoot of India are gift of corruption who finally did this Mumbai serial bombing. A small criminal becomes large shark due to corrupt police, corrupt public prosecutor and corrupt judges.Three days back there was a news that a muslim was arested 12 the time for supplying bulletts and earlier was arrested for 11 murders but was out. Is not corruption responsible for seeing that all gruesome criminals are not only out but become bigger and finally become antinational / terrorists too. You r not aware of what damage corruption had done to crores of honest commonman and made 1% own 99% of wealth and riches. You are a sick person and away from reality and pain of ordinary citizens. Tum savan ke andhe ho who gets probably every thing served on silver platter where as our life goes in visiting ration office, police, passport office, water dept, school admissions and so on hundreds of times as we do not bribe and struggle.And AK is fighting for all of us.And v r in crores but not many will understand and value his contribution when u as ignorant but though to be intellectual can not.

  DeSouza Wilberious Evanglist Terrorists do not have any religion or ethics. Terrorism has manifestations all over the world. Terrorism can manifest anywhere regardless of caste creed, religion, colour & race. On terrorism none of the countries of the world have been successful in quelling it. Neither USA nor any other super power. Does chetan Bagat has any solution? Let him publicise it & contest against Arvind Kejriwal or Kiran Bedi or any other contestant in that constituency & I shall canvass for him. Let him be elected & & eradicate terrorism! Nobel prize may also be awarded to him. If he can not, let him sit inside his house locked inside a room!

Swacha Bharat Abhiyan is eye wash to cover up faulty governance

NAMO has asked all of us to sweep dirty streets as the civic staff whom we pay so heftily do not work. Civic staff which is supposed to clean streets and nallas just attend office to mark their presence and then go and do other private jobs or go to have liquor. Instead of asking stern action against such callous staff he has asked us to do their duty. Courts too do not function properly. 3 crore cases are pending and which will take 400 years to clear them. Half the year courts are enjoying holidays. Why not NAMO should ask citizens to bridge this gap and run courts as courts too are not working like civic staff? NAMO is running a government and not a social organisation. Either he should know governance and ensure that all government machinery be it cleaning staff or courts work or he should resign as PM and become President of any Lions Club or other organisation without governance power and want to do some awareness campaign. In 1972 I ran a campaign as a President of Pali Hill Jaycees youth Club " Juhu is yours Keep it clean". But he is a PM and he has to ensure that govt staff works , does their duty and not just do bullying , harassment of citizens and collect bribe and do scams. My father had a FD in ICICI. They harassed by delaying claim after his sad demise. Then they deducted TDS. For a year I am asking for TDS certificate which they refuse to give saying we have closed the account. And even on IT site the TDS does not reflect in my Dad's account. Yet instead of improving the functioning of ICICI bank Chanda Kocher ji is trying to impress PM by running swach bharat campaign. She should run low cost good banking campaign instead........No one tells you this except ....Alok
