My take on Modi fixing Aap ki adalat : God has not given me to meet the requirement and to those whom god has given do not know how to use their money for good of country / samaj.If one wants to benefit country then financially support media and fight for simplification of licence for media . If u want ur samaj to benefit then instead of costly religious places build schools, hostels, libraries and so on. Or else media will always be under obligation of bureaucrats, politicians and monied and samaj will be backward.

Afire deep thinking I hv come to conclusion that Godse may hv belonged to RSS but RSS had no roll in assassination of Pujya Gandhi ji. If RSS had such thinking and such cadre then such assassination would have continued on several occasions viz. letting 5 crore illegal migrants and giving them all free ka, which is a huge burden on all locals, which has snatched job opportunities from local Hindus and Muslims and sikh and Esai . They would have done mass campaign for family planning which RSS never did. RSS is that weak and drama type org which has no teeth to bite. Congress uses RSS for creating fear psychosis and gathers vote of minority. Actually not AAP but RSS is a front of congress which has kept congress in power by ensuring that all others unite under UPA. Actually post Independence RSS has done nothing which has benefited India, Indians ( They may hv done good social work ) but nothing solid to ensure that India does not become slave again and that Taliban does not raise its head here. Happenings in Kashmir , Hyderabad etc because RSS is only seen as rival and not as an strong body. RSS is another organisation like Lions and Rotary but not at all one which can ensure that govt. takes any long term steps which can keep populations proportion in tact, which can be seen as protector like atankvadi see a protector in Dawood and ISI all their youth are released inspite of anti-national activities. Azam Owaisi care hell abt RSS and RSS and its cadre fear them like dragon. No one told u all this before except Alok that RSS is a good ploy of Congress so minority can vote for congress and that RSS does not have any long term strategy to save nation from rising Taliban and ISI plannings and as a Trojan hoarse illegal trained migrants are entering, who will take over this country by 2024 till then they will weaken economy, destroy costly installations ( v hv already been hearing daily loosing one costly air force plane or naval ship or even submarines and so on). and so on. And there is a huge threat from communist and aggressor China then why RSS does not become active of North East front, in Nepal, in Burma, in Lanka. Why RSS is not demanding relaxation and support to local producers and tapering down imports from China and to strengthen our manufacturers, traders and business to ultimately revitalize our economy. Today China is thriving due to our orders to them and we are becoming weak. China is a big threat but RSS has allowed communists to spread all over. RSS has no programme, no deep study and is not geared up to face any challenges. When Jains, Parsi, Christians,Buddhists, Tibetans, Dalits, Jews, Sikhs are all nationalists and hv no other place in the world to change loyalty then why RSS is not changing its Hindutva stance and image and take all them together to make nation strong. No RSS will not as they are led by mean minded selfish Hindus who enjoy their existence to congress and help congress by creating fear in the minds of peace loving section of Muslims and others who enmasse vote for congress knowing that congress is corrupt, inefficient and has not taken them anywhere in 60 years and that they continue to struggle for two square meal where as most other countries have become rich and developed in the interim period. Yet they vote for congress as atleast Congress gives them feeling of security though false. Now there is a need for NSS Nationalist Socialist Sangh who can pronounce strict strong programme for nation and stick to it and takes all those citizens together who want family planning, evacuation of illegal migrants , peace and amity with all community and religious groups and be prepared with a vision and strength to face Taliban on one side and China the aggressor on other side. .....the man who saw tomorrow....Alok

Most govt. depts. specially Municipal corporation of Mumbai ( ruled for 30 yrs by SS and BJP) do not reply to our letters. if they hv to then send letter without any tel no, without email id, without name of a sender and just bears a signature.

They never update their site. If they give email id then same bounces. They hv no courtesy. hardly they will offer a chair/ water or help.

But see how many restrictions they impose on citizens and want everything in a jiffy or the penalty starts. Same bureaucrats if do not do their duty for decades, if courts do not clear cases for decades then there is no penalty but of course citizens will be punished. This is a state of affair  in Cong ( center) BJP Raj ( BMC).

So vote for AAP who will reverse the trend and AAM Admi will get hearing, replies , decisions and all that in time or officers will be punished . See below the new set of rules for LTD and PVT LTD co.s and not for Registrar of Cos , IT, ST, BMC, Mantralaya , police, court and so on.

In the latest from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, 183 new Sections of the Companies Act 2013 have been notified to take effect from April 1, 2014.

As per Section 12 of the Act notified from 1st April, 2014, every company is mandatorily required to mention its Corporate Identification Number (CIN) along with the name and address of registered office on letterheads, invoices, notices and on all official correspondence and publications. Additionally, contact details, email and website address, if any, must be incorporated in such documents mentioned from April 1, 2014.

In case of any failure to quote the CIN number, penalty of Rs 1,000 per day shall be imposed on the defaulting company and on every officer in default for every day during which the default continues. However, maximum penalty imposable shall not exceed Rs 100,000.

Innocent are crying and suffering with no one to help in India police , media, PP and judges hv a syndicate....

If small fry were timely punished like Haji Mastan, Dawood etc then we would have not seen mayhem of Mumbai serial bomb blasts, so many kidnapping for ransom, riots and so on. If corrupt were punished then instead of India suffering India cud hv been developed, if consumer courts were honest, if banking and insurance ombudsman, MACT were honest and rapid then consumers would not be cheated as much as they r today. And so on. Today  law breakers, cheque bouncers, illegal businessman, mafia, land grabbers, illegal miners, blackmailers and all such elements ( judges, PP, Police, criminal advocates )are thriving and honest common men, weak, poor, women, old, consumer, those whose cheques are bounced, whose property is gulped by tenants, trespassers are crying and suffering with no one to help.

Exception proves the law.

  Alok Tholiya These issues should have been decided immediately after Independence. It is too late to rake up any issue and create tension. Convince in friendly way to all only abt Ram mandir and do not rake up any other issue and live and let live all in peace. Why travel a road which reaches no where or reaches only to disaster?

You can raise such issues only when someone raises finger on similar issues but raising these issues for no reason is disturbing.

If congress comes to power again then we will all be slim as fit as we can't afford meals twice . If BJP comes then we will be walking and eating raw food as we cant afford Reliance energy, Reliance Gas or Ambani petrol. So they want us to be healthy.
