Adv Vishnu Deep Garg #Narendramodifansh इस पोस्ट को जरुर शेयर कीजिये... नितीश कुमार बिहार को विकसित करना चाहते है| पर किस तरह? बिहार के ही एक बिजनेसमेन का अनुभव उनके खुद के शब्दों में पढ़िए| इनका नाम है ‘राजीब कुमार रॉय’ और ये ना नितीश कुमार से या ना नरेंद्र मोदी या भाजपा से जुड़े हुवे है| इनकी खुद की फेसबुक प्रोफाइल का लिंक भी निचे है| https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10201236316482706&set=a.1472798932692.2066944.1015225244&type=1&theater ये बिहार के लिए क्या कहेते है : ================== में एक बिजनेसमेन हूँ और मेरा जन्म और जीवन बिहार में बिता है| हमारा बिजनेश आंतर्राष्ट्रीय तर पर फैला है और कर्णाटक और तमिलनाडु तक फैला है| मैंने १९८३ में पढ़ाई के लिए घर छोड़ा| मुझे आधुनिक कृषी, कृषी विज्ञान, सलामत कृषी, ग्रीन हॉउस, और दूसरी कई कृषी टेक्नोलोजी का १९ साल का अनुभव है| जब नितीश कुमार दूसरी बार बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री बने तब मुझे बहुत ख़ुशी हुवी| देश और मातृभूमि की सेवा के हेतु से मैंने नितीश कुमार को कई पत्र लिखे की में बिहार के कृषि विकास में अपने अनुभव का योगदान डे सकता हूँ| मैंने मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय को ४ पत्र लिखे और मिलने का वक्त माँगा| पर वहां से मुझे कोई प्रत्य्तर नही मिला| काफी कोशिशो के बाद मुझे श्री अशोककुमार सिंग (एसीपी) को मिलने की मंजूरी मिली| मैंने एक प्रेजन्टेशन तैयार किया की किस तरह से हम बिहार में कृषि का विकास कर के कायापलट कर सकते है| पर हमारी मीटिंग महज 30 सेकंड में ख़त्म हो गयी और मुझे रुखा सुखा जवाब दे दिया गया की “ बिहारमें डेवलपमेंट का काम हमारा हैं आप लोग कंपनीवाले हैं अपना काम कीजिये , हमें आपसे सिखने की जरुरत नहीं हैं ” ये मेरी अपनी मातृभूमि की सेवा करने की भावना का अंत था| बिहार की सरकार के इस अपमानजनक वर्तन से मैंने फिर से कभी बिहार में पैर नहीं रखने का निर्णय किया| नरेंद्र मोदी के गुजरात का अनुभव: =================== इज़रायल के हमारे सहयोगी ने भारत में हमारी कपनी के प्लांट लगाने पर विचार किया और गुजरात में फेक्ट्री लगाने की योजना बनाने के लिए मैंने गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी को पत्र लिखा| और २ दिन के बाद मुझे मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से फोन आया की आप राज्य सरकार से क्या अपेक्षा रखते है? और इसी के साथ मुझे २ दिन बाद शाम ४.३० बजे मुख्यमंत्री के साथ १५ मिनिट मीटिंग का वक्त दिया गया है ये बताया गया| मुझे यकीन नहीं हो रहा था की एक ही देश में दो अलग राज्यों के सरकार की प्रणाली में इतना फर्क हो सकता है | जिस दिन हमारी मीटिंग थी उस दिन भी मुझे मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से फोन आया की आज आपकी शाम ४.३० बजे मुख्यमंत्री से मुलाकात है| मुझे यकीन नहीं हो रहा था की में प्रत्यक्ष नरेंद्र मोदीजी से मिलनेवाला हूँ| मुझे लगा उनके साथ उनकी अफसरों की पूरी टीम भी होगी जो मेरे साथ बातचीत करेंगे| में थोडा नर्वस भी था | जिन्दगी में पहेली बार किसी ऐसे महान व्यक्ति से मिलनेवाला था| श्री नरेंद्र मोदी वाईब्रंटगुजरात की मीटिंग में व्यस्त होने के कारन हमारी मुलाकात कुछ देर से शुरू होगी और मुझे इसकी जानकारी भी दे डी गई थी| मीटिंग पूरी होने के बाद मुझे एक रूम में भेजा गया जहाँ मोदीजी और उनके अलावा कृषि मंत्री और कृषी विभाग के मुख्य सचिव मौजूद थे| मोदीजी ने मेरा नाम लेके मेरा स्वागत किया| उनकी विनम्रता से में एकदम स्वस्थ हो गया| उनकी सादगी ने मुझे जित लिया| उन्होंने बड़े ही ध्यान से और उत्सुकता से हमारी पूरी योजना के बारे में जानकारी ली और चर्चा की और राज्य की और से हमें क्या मदद मिल सकती है उसकी पूरी जानकारी दी| जब मीटिंग खत्म हुवी तो मैंने उनके साथ एक फोटो खिचवाने का प्रस्ताव रखा और उन्होंने तुरंत उनके फोटोग्राफर को बुला कर हमारे साथ फोटो खिंचवाई| हमें मुख्यमंत्री और उनके सचिवो के नम्बर वाला बिजनेश कार्ड भी दिया गया और बताया गया की हमें किसी भी प्रकार की मदद की आवश्यकता पड़े तो हम सीधा उस नंबर पर संपर्क कर सकते है | मीटिंग के २ दिन बाद मेरे ईमेल पर हमारे मुख्यमंत्री के साथ के फोटो भिजवाये गए मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय द्वारा हमारा संपर्क किया जाता है और हमारी योजनाओ के विकास की भी जानकारी ली जाती है क्या आपने कभी भारत में किसी सरकारी व्यवस्था को इस तरह से काम करते देखा है ??? ऐसे महान व्यक्ति को मिलना हमारे लिए एक दिलचस्प अनुभव रहा| में कोई भी राजनैतिक पक्ष में नहीं हूँ और ना ही में किसी पक्ष का प्रचार कर रहा हूँ| मुझे लगा की दो अलग विचार और कार्यप्रणाली वाले मुख्यमंत्री के साथ का मेरा अनुभव आप के साथ बांटू|| आप स्पर्धा में है ही नहीं श्री नितीश कुमार..!!!! निचे दी गई लिंक में श्री राजीब कुमार रॉय के खुद के शब्दों इस घटना का विवरण है जिस का यहाँ हिंदी अनुवाद किया गया है http://www.mediasansad.com/2013/09/modis-gujarat-vs-nitish-kumars-bihar/ Unlike ·  · Share · 8 hours ago You and 38 others like this. 22 shares Pintu Singh Namo namo 8 hours ago via mobile · Like · 1 मनीष सिंह तोमर नमो नमोSee Translation 6 hours ago · Like Alok Tholiya In Maharashtra too no one is bothered normally. pl. convert one of the toilet in to Loo and dresser in outstation trains

Dear Railway minister ji,

Also I have seen that during travel gents go to loo more often and block the WC. Similarly nowadays many passengers want to look uptodate / ready when they are to get down on their destination. There is no dry private area.

So Railways can consider converting 1/3 of one toilet out of 4 in bogey in gents urinal and rest 2/3 as bathroom / dresser. It will help immensely all passengers specially those going on business calls  / conferences etc. directly from the station or are going to be received as important traveler to those coming to receive them.
Presently some desperate get ready in toilet and others either get down shabbily or go to a hotel to change where by they have to spend time and money both.

Noone tells you this except alok tholiya ......

RTOs to fix rates for private ambulances .....they will encourage looting of common man...Alok

All govt decisions in India are based on note or vote. The ambulance owners will form union , together they will bribe Transport minister,RTO and Transport commissioner and  like Auto, Taxi unions they too will go about looting common man  and will harass them. They will blackmail emergency patients etc.. Such services are better when they are disorganized. Today rent act affected buildings owners still get Rs 30/- per room but PUC costs Ts 80 /- but they charge Rs 100/- cause RTO officers are themselves owners of most booth. Similarly pay and park, towing van etc are owned by mafias, govt officials or ministers and common men  are looted. .........PIL seems to be filed by a man of Sharad Rao or an ignorant or RTO. And WIAA is controlled by vested interests so they never raise any voice and malpractice goes on. . ......No one tells you this except Alok......

RTOs to fix rates for private ambulances in Maharashtra by 31st October.

The fixed fare for private ambulances comes as relief for citizens as currently there is no control over the money charged by drivers and owners

Following directions from the Bombay High Court, all the regional transport officers (RTOs) in Maharashtra would declare fixed rates for private ambulances operated in the state. The fixed fare for private ambulances would come as relief to citizens as currently there is no control over the money charged by operators. In several cases, relatives of patients are taken for a ride by ambulance drivers and owners.

Nainesh Dolas had filed the public interest litigation (PIL) in the High Court. In the PIO he prayed for directions to authorities to fix a fare or rates for ambulances not covered under the Public Health Department or attached with government hospitals under section 67(1)(d)(i) read with section 68(3) of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.

In an affidavit before the HC, Laxman Khade, deputy transport commissioner stated that the transport commissioner had directed all RTOs across the state to fix fare or rates for ambulances as per the provisions under the Motor Vehicle Act before 31 October 2013. As per the affidavit, so far RTOs from 18 regions have already fixed fares or rates for ambulances.

According to Dolas, the petitioner, so far RTOs from 20 regions have declared fixed rates for private ambulances. The rest 23 RTOs who would declare the same by 31st October, include Mumbai (East, West and Central), Thane, Panvel, Pune, Dhule, Aurangabad, Ratnagiri, Karad, Baramati, Shrirampur, Majalgaon, Beed, Osmanabad, Parbhani, Hingoli, Buldhana, Yavatmal, Akola, Wardha, Chandrapur and Bhandara.
