Pl. note that our life in Indian conditions is very miserable and we are working 12 to 18 hrs. We know that govt makes us run , delays, harasses cause they want bribe or r busy in doing scams.
So we want pvts to at least not to damage us further.

I went to ur Vodafone gallery on last sat. and while punching the token ur person said u will have to wait for min. 1 hr or more. Worst is there is no parking as u have unnecessarily selected a place which is nr busy signal. Nither u offer water or toilet.

And u call urself world class MNC.

Shame.

Let ur gallery be in a little interiors but with parking, let it be on any floor ( in a building with fast lift service) but u must make ur customers free with in max 10 minutes.

When we call on ur help nos it has taken as long as 30 minutes on hold, we have to keep punching various nos. as per ur silly interactive plan. Why cant u give different nos for different purposes so menu need not be more then 2 or 3 steps. For major languages like Hindi and English too u can give separate nos so every time we don't have to select language.

Pl.......make our life easy. We r not interested in seeing posh interiors and red skirts but r interested in improved service.

  The truth of life the way I found and the way I learnt and the way I see::

1. It is up to me to be honest and it is up to other person to be honest. Because I am honest does not mean other person will reciprocate.

 

2. My duty is towards myself and myself alone ( in right and spiritual way and not in mean and criminal way).

 

3. If I spoil my wealth, health, peace, spirit then no one will be bothered to care for me. No one has time, inclination,interest ,  ways, means to do so. So I must build my wealth, health, spiritual well being and nature.

 

4. People don't have time, resource,interest  to know another person. So a person nicely behaving, spending money, throwing party will be considered good by all even if he is sinful to others at other times. Most criminals are worshiped ( telgi , dawood, Sanjay datt, Bhai Thakur, to most of mafia and criminals are very popular in their own folks, village, neighborhood as they keep distributing alms / favour to them.No one is concerned towards how they treat others, break laws etc ..Most Jails are surrounded by the fans of these criminals when they are to be released and are garlanded and worshiped. As they are indispensable to thier own folks. No one has a courage to say we have nothing to do with you if you take law in hand, if u don't change, if u don't mend your ways.

 

5. There is in some way and some proportion two personalities in everyone of us. But only thing is if Mr Hyde personality becomes over powering and when alone and at that time can not control the Hyde personality and takes law in hand then the big law and order situation takes place. Read Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strange_Case_of_Dr_Jekyll_and_Mr_Hyde  but even in this case the Dr jekyll wants to prevent Hyde from taking over himself. But most others just continue the spat of illegal acts as they never feel they have done anything wrong, there is no remorse, no gulit, they have number of excuses and justification to support their misdeeds and  are stronly convinced  that the path howsoever illegal was correct and shall be repeated if required. 

 
6. Most people cant see Mr Hyde: There r some who r really innocent, there r others who are biased, there r weak who can not accept the fact that their own blood / hero/ leader/saint/ teacher is like that. So one should not mind if people behave like that . Supposing some one says your mother / father is like that when you have never seen them that way then will you easily believe??? No.. Would you have time to go in detail?? No.. Would u have courage to admit / accept / go in detail and  find the truth??? No. Same way pl. accept the fact that relatives and friends of a Mr Hyde will never accept you version and will only side him.
 
7. And it is not easy to know the darker side of a person. In last 3 years so many big religious heads , sadhus have been found in illicit relations, involved in scandals etc.. Lacs of their followers were with them most of the time. How then can they believe there exists the darker side of their hero.While same masses will easily accept the false stories against a filmi, a politician and police as they have been painted so in our mind. But my son/ my mother/ my guru/ my community/ my religion / my my my are so painted in our mind that we can not just accept any truth against them. So person expecting that their ilks will accept the Mr Hyde side of their own person is like seeing moon in june noon.
 
8. But ofcorse if there are any chances of Mr Hyde  being hanged/ committing suicide / being jailed/ going under sever punishment / putting to shame the close-ones / inviting retaliation / going in hiding/ having disrupted family ( cursed)  life etc exists then it is because of the lack of sincere scientific efforts from the near and dear ones of  such person. They think by ignoring, not believing/ delaying/  or puchakarmna or dantana are sufficient. No it is not. One should  note if there is a dhuana ( smoke ) then there is some gadbad( risk) and it can catch fire and engulf many others . But most sit in disgust/ disbelief and  wake up when it is too late. Rather even after a very dangerous happening they keep playing blame game instead of admitting that we had time to repair our break failed car (person)  going wrong unstoppably and finnaly crashes.
 
9. Worst situation is where a family member wants to repair a car ( defective person/ Mr Hyde) when he is not trained to do so. Only a good Psychologist/ psychiatrist/ counselor/ spiritual leader can do so. Specially the present generation thinks too much of themselves and does not listen to parents/ spouse / elders . They are successful in their career so they think they are right and master of everything. But nay! They r not .

Had Duryodhan listened  to even one elder / wise man then fall of all Kaurav cud be avoided. If Ravan had listened to hanuman/ Vibhishan etc then Ramayan would have been written in different way. But vinash kale viprit buddhi. And in such situation if one expects any beneficial assistance from any quarter then it will be major disillusion.
 
So do what::
1. Learn to uplift own mood, own understanding, expect less from life, keep fit and remember after every fall / summer there is a green spring days too. Woh di nahi rahe. Yeh din bhi jyada nahi rahenge ( unless u stick to them) . Yeh din bhi hava honge. Nai subah naya di lekara ayegi.
 
2. Forget to change others.No one can change easily unless he/she  wants to.  Prepare yourself to face the world/ trauma/ attack/ ups and down.Keep your self busy in domestic chorus, profession,hobbies etc etc.
 
As per Jain dhrma after lacs of Janam / life U have got this human life. Live it the way that people take lesson from you. This life is not for wasting. Not for getting obsessed to/ affected with one issue. Go on and you will get  a caravan of your choice. But one needs patience. Kahe hot adhir. Read this book. I am left with only one copy of same.

Pl. advise on following issues:

1. In certain cases LIC is charging extra premium on grounds of health. I have gone thru the LIC site, BIX/LIX package which I use / and even ready recknor but cud not get any info on same.Where can I get such info?
2. In one of my proposal Class 2 extra has been proposed but no written advise has been given to client.And directly consent letter has been asked. How can one consent without knowing how much is his liability? Finally such issues become disputes.
3. This is a age of speed and thru email and software same can be achieved. In spite of several followups update on proposal has not been given properly where as all fresh requirements can be generated by NB on PC and can be emailed and save time, have more clarity and remove hurdles like follow up on phone and in person.Specially my branch is in traffic affected area far away from station ( Sakinaka 89G).
4. All DO's must compulsorily advised to use email and PC. There is no need for agent to follow up with various staff and officers. There is no need for agents to visit branch. They must concentrate on business and DO who too are making lot of money in each proposal must become a link between LIC and agent. And agent is a link between DO  and client.Most DO's in this age of IT also do not use email, sms, and r not available in office.Why LIC is callous about their responsibilities. Netbook comp is coming for only 15000/- and branch can have WIFI.Bulk purchase of NETBOOK PC for DO and agents can reduce cost drastically. 
5. For plan 164 for age 45 yrs under class 2 Extra health premium told to me on phone is Rs 7105 which is much above 4480 the normal premium. Is it correct. How do we verify / cross chk as customer is likely to run away with such big hike.

JUDICIARY COLLAPSED as this is as per agenda of bureacrats, politicians, mafias

 

The biggest sinners r bureacrats, politicians, mafias etc.. They control the govt machinery. It is in their interest to have slow,bias,corrupt judiciary. So it is so. I am nither alarmed nor astonished with these vacancies. It is part of design of our rulers.
They have made Income tax to everything else computerised but not courts and judicial system. Why?? They want them to be slow and ineffective. Computerisation of Income tax etc helps them recocering more bribe and even tax which they can syphone ( Kalmadi type r in every field).

They allow ICICI chairman to take salary of crores but pay paltry to court and police so :

1. Good quality stuff do not join
2. corrupt get reason to take bribe and say we r under paid
3. inefficient get reason to say we r under staffed and illequpied

 
And u raise the issue and not the Advocates??? Why?? As many advocates get paid more due to prevalance  of delays, setting,bribe ( as they keep cut) . Any illegal encroacher , illegal business conductor can get stay and then stay on for decades. There r advocates wgo dont know law but know how to get stay/ injunctions/bail and then let the matter remain in adjournmnts for 3 to 4 decades. So u see powerful vested interest want it that way.
 
So as per kaliyug and karma theory u r born in hell ( which is India) which evils rule and u r destined to suffer. But let good like u keep fighting and earn some good karmas.

Total no. Of High Court Judges working in our country are 607 against the sanctioned strength of 895.

 

The vacancies = 288 i.e. 32%.

 

If a case, civil or criminal, is filed in a taluka or a munsif court, it travels through the District Court, Sessions Court, High Court and the Supreme Court.

 

It normally takes to finish anything from 20 to 40 years. One is not sure if the Petitioner / Applicant will be alive or not when the case finally is disposed of.

 

One of the reasons of the prosperity of the western countries is their system of speedy justice. We in India have 10.5 judges average for one million population which is 41 in Australia, 51 in U.K., 75 in Canada and 107 in U.S.A.

 

That during the 10th plan (2002-2007), the allocation to the judiciary was Rs.700 crores, which is .078% of the total plan outlay of Rs.8,93,183 crores. Such meager allocations are grossly inadequate to meet the requirements of the judiciary. While the expenditure on the judiciary by our country is so law, in Korea it is more than 0.20% in Singapore it is 1.20%, in the U.K. It is 4.30 and in the U.S. It is 1.40%.

 

Now see the irony of a case filed in the Supreme Court by the All India Judges Association of India Versus Union of India (2002) 4 SCC 247 for increasing the judges strength to almost fivefold (precisely 476%) i.e. From 10.5 judges per million population to 50 judges per million population. This prayer was based on recommendation of The Law Commission of India in its 120eth report published in 1987.

 

in its judgement in April 2002, the Supreme Court accepted the said prayer and directed the Central Government to increase the strength of the judges in the High Courts from 10.5 judges to 50 judges per million population within 5 years with commensurate increase in the infrastructure (i.e. no. of courts and staff).

 

But neigther the judiciary nor the government ever cared to see whether the said judgement was even partly implemented. Instead the judges strength is down by 32%!

 

There is no fear of the court to anyone whether hs is a defaulter, criminal or a politician. You know 28% of our Lok Sabha members are facing serious criminal charges in various courts for thefts, threats, rapes, murders and scams.

 

Don't you think our personal and territorial security is in great danger due to our dilatory justice delivery system?

We too need to highlight our leaders princly lifestyles. Municipal elections r coming and someone must get pictures and info of assetts of candidates who have become trillionaire from zero. Thre r leadser and sr officers in govt who have much more then : The President of Zimbabwe - Robert Mugabe -
 
And only by doing some detective giri we can unseat several who's who who have been sucking our blood since independence.

But I find most teens from Jain community in Mac, Pizza hut and other place which serve non veg ..
 
I receive most invitations from Jains for marriage and other parties held at Non veg. hotels. All Jain B'day parties r celebrated with cakes. Jains openly bring chokelets and other food items from abroad which do not carry any warning whether those r veg or non veg.
Most friends gettogather r over alcohol. Most jains use dirty bad words. Insulting an hurting bahu/ bride and bride side is a common feature. From the birth  of a girl child the parents start slogging and saving for daughters marriage. They have to stand before in laws of daughter like a slave. Boy side behave like kings but are beggars who want to have any no. of
dishes from the day they see a girl to all occassions. No one says do not over do ever one demands more varities,more decoration,more gifts,more show off, more dowry etc etc.. Is it as per the principles of Aparigraha dharma of Jainins?
Then there r many cases of bride burning, wife beating, insulting etc etc . Is it as per principles of jainism which says to not to hurt by word or deed??
Maximum lies are used in marriages in projecting 1 up own candidate and hiding sensetive info. Is this taught by our religion???
 
Jaininsm teaches maximum hygine ( shodh) but we find we are desparate to eat junk food cooked and served in most unhyginic conditions. Worst is most food have shelf ( fridge) life of few hours but Jains now eat and relish even cut fruits / old bread / other items stored for days and months.
 
Worst is we install more then required idols in a temple but toilets are stinking, and we dont spend on schools and hospitals with same zeal but our religion says aushadh daan and vidya daan are greatest.
 
When we dont follow our own religion even a bit then what is our right to meddle in others belief and ways of living?? Let us first follow tenants of our own religion and then bother about other things.
 
Dont u think we should first put our house in order as per our religion and then intervene elsewhere.
 
I know my above writing will be not be liked but then if any one has any good reason to counter argue may pl. write back.
