Alok appeals: do not get driven away from topic of development to non issues.

Kal ka chokra the article clerk when comes for audit goes in star hotel and
submits the bill to client. (bill may inclde a beer bottle).,ur doctor gets star
parties from pharma and cuts from diagnostics centre and chemists, all corporate
staff gets subsidised canteen, transportation and tea cofee and cold drink flows
for free for them thru vending machines ,railway staff get several free
passes, airlines staff gets several free tickets,ur society chairman / sec may be
behaving as dictator and exploiting every bit of ur society, teachers have
privileges, medical staff has in hospitals and u name it.Police and BMC staff
take ransom to whole city and citizens. In the name of social work when any group
meets the attendance is higher when over free lunch, highest when over cocktail
and otherwise it is a flop show. Most part of Budget of most famous social orgs
like Rotary, lions etc is spent in 5 stars. The chairman of ICICI gets swimming
pool with official residence ( our MPS dont get tub bath)But When our elected
reps get some privileges we cribb, we cry and v send mass mails. All my corporate
friends who were hitch hiking before have posh cars, they get bonus ranging from
Rs 5 lacs to 50 lacs and more.erc etc. They r all managing small assignment in
large company and our elected reps are ( supposed) to be managing large
country, economy, most complex nation, worlds largest democracy etc etc. U need
brains, commitment, dynamism, vision, etc. let us talk about that and not about
their privileges.
I want to receive a mail that how Lata mangeshkar stalled the development and
when now implemented will cost 500 crores more. Let us recover from her.Let us
punish those who delayed sea link and costed us 1000 crore more . Let us blacken
face of all those non visionaries who ruled Mumbai for 60 years and never
planned for sufficient water, schools, hospitals, sanitation, markets etc etc.
Today footpath is markets , highways and railways is toilet,BMC scools produce
only peons,BMC hospital are breeding diseases, no water etc etc.
Now I can further add about police and courts and other issues.

So let us pay well our elected reps, give them their due like corporates give,
give them butter and whips both as deserved but let us not just divert our
attention from development to their canteen.

no one tells u this ......u need courage and vision and equity....says Alok

don't just whip politicians like a stray dog ....take care of them .....and then demand progress
and development......Alok

Though India suffers with acute poverty but only politicians and social workers are expected to do sacrifices, work for free, lead a simple life, etc. Why ? When salary of all in govt has gone up drastically, when teachers, doctors, saints, professionals spare no one then why we expect high from politicians? For taking care of RIL when Mukesh can build house worth 1600 CR then what President shud get for taking care of Country. When other who's who can openly gift plane and ships to wife, buy islands, buy bunglows in Dubai then why u dont raise voice?

I think ICICI peon is getting more then our MP's, MLA's and corporators. And we whip on this to them.
I am in favor of appointing a commission ( on the basis of pay commissions) who shud decided new salary for our elected representatives. An MP shud get nothing less then Rs. 5 lac a month and so on......and up to panchayat the pay scale shud change. But there perks and other benefits shud be curtailed/ controlled. And ofcourse their misuse and corruption shud be dealt with sternly.

Now NGO's have come up who pay their mentors officially then why not officials of political parties be paid remuneration. Many of them give full time to party.Let the parties come forward and start paying their full time workeres.Or else they have to depend on hafta.

Dear Parliamentarians ,

What corporate executives did to increase their own salary? They first incresed the salary of their juniors beyond reasonableness so that automatically they became entitled to a better salary and benefits. So go ahead and allow social workers like SEO's to charge some reasonable fees for services rendered. When no one gives any thing for free then why expect social workers to work like that . Then increse the salary of elected reps. of Panchayat and nagar palikas. Then of MLA's and finally when they draw more then MPs then MPs can justifiably increses own salary. Pl. go ahead, do it , I mean it. But for havens sake reduce corruption, stop[ delays specially in courts, give us progress like we see in Malasia, China, Singapore and every where.

Jain Sadhu.....Re: My reply to Mr. Santhanam Gopalakrishnan who asked following questions on rtiindia.org site....about Jain temple and nude sadhus...Alok

Religious institutions in Resedential Areas
Mr. Santhanam Gopalakrishnan asked following
questions on rtiindia.org site
My question is:

I have nothing against any religion but in our locality which is a pure residential locality. We have a huge Digambar Jain institution being built up. The visitors to this place create a lot of problem for local residents, this is still tolerable, we have nude jain sadhus visiting frequently and this becomes a very uncomfortable situation for ladies and children around.

My question is:

1. Is such an institution legal to build in residential locality
2. Is public nudity in the name of religion legal and allowed.
3. What legal options do residents have to stop such activities

Alok Tholiya replies:
Ans 1. U will only find hind temples, and mosques illegally built every where, be it footpath or slums etc.. Mahalaxmi temple Mumbai blocked the road of thousands living in the area legitimately. Only Jains, Christians and parsies don't build illegal temples. However u
can write under RTI to local municipal office and if same is illegal then get it demolished as though I am a digambar jain but would not tolerate any illegal activities. By the way Ganpati, Garba, Namaj, political meetings etc. are held on main roads, footpaths, bridges, railways .They block traffic, cause delay, accidents and also increase pollution. What have u done about the.Or these dont bother Um?

Ans. 2: Come and have a walk with me on highway in Mumbai ( just near my house) in the morning and u will find hundreds of young and old ladies and gents and children doing their morning call in open and naked. What is a solution that. Thousands take their daughters and wife etc in the morning to school or offices thru the road where men are sitting hanging their bells with dabba in open.Same u can see around railway lines every morning.

In posh locality like linking road ( I am not talking about official flash market )
after midnight u
can see hundreds semi nude prostitutes in front of residential buildings.Yet the area is costliest residential locality in Mumbai.

Everyone including u and me have some time of our age liked to see xxx movies. Same is story of our children and also mostly of spouses.Porn sites r most popular and same r adult movies. Our serials and Hindi films are equally bad. What have u done to save ur family from these scenes/ glimpses/ stealth seeings ?

If u read and learn why these muni maharaj follow the extreme way of giving up every worldly things / attachments/ then u will change the way u look at them. Today all politicians, bureaucrats, religious head, people from once a noble profession of medical and education are just after amassing but dig Jains sadhus give up all. In peak summer they walk bear foot , no vehicles, no food on table or no bank account, no family, no house, no bed, no luxuries, no comfort and not even a piece of cloth. They have
renounced everything in life. And preach simplicity, truthfulness, sacrifice, non violence, vegetarianism, ahinsa, world brotherhood etc. etc.( and from Gandhiji to Alexander ( when gave up aggression) have confessed that they derived inspiration from Jain sadhus.
Ans 3. What activities? Pl. define? Are they creating noise pollution like in Azan or prayers? Traffic jams? Causing traffic jams which we see aruond other religious places? do u find littering around any Jain temple like most other places? Do u find beggers like most other places? Are there riots which we see in many other parts? Do u find any drunkards dancing in the name of religion? Have u ever received any gang of tapories asking for chanda/ alms/ donation in the name of Puja in Jain Temple ( which we face every day from non Jains)? Are there flower stalls, prasad stalls , pandits / Mullas chasing u around ? Non of this is happening I am sure. So what is pertubing u? U cant live in
coexisatance? Learn tolerance. Listen to Osho. And if there is a genuine nuisance then just go politely and request the Trustees of temple and they will listen to u. But to many religious head u will not even dare to go and complain and if u do they will just do
opposite and u will regret complaining against them. And if I were u then I would have sold my place as place near Jain temple fetches higher price and shifted to another place where I may not see naked Sadhus but may see my own cloths being removed ( there are many areas which r ruled by mafias) , where might is right, where u will never feel secured specially during riots.
Jains believe in perfect family planning and there fore do not breed anti socials, riotious and notorious,
mafias, bootleggers. U r in safe locality.

Thanks and Regards,

R all concerned sold out in govt

The President,
WIAA,
Mumbai.

All associations , unions, groups and communities etc. work for welfare of their members.WIAA is India's leading car owners association. It is not possible to work for any group without proper study, statistics, data and research. In my more then 20 yrs of membership I have not received a single paper, study, data from WIAA which can be good, useful or educational for members. Is it not necessary to know which cars meet more fatal accidents before buying a new car that too specially for younger ones in family. It is of utmost importance for parents to know the safest card for their children.
Have u ever advised on these? Did u put up RTI application ? Have u sought any MP's help to raise query in house ( specially when all whos' who of WIAA always attend VIPs in large nos. and are never bothered about small non VIP memebers like me).
Have u tried to collect data from day to day news in papers?
Are u starteled by accidents and death of youth of country on bike and cars? Did u issue any advisory. Never beacuse seat of WIAA is luxurious and envious ( but is non delivering) .
R all concerned sold out in govt , transport commissionerrette, parliament and even WIAA to not to touch any topic affecting car and bike manufectureres?????
Wake up and deliver . Have courage and deliverance rather trying to show down me who can never be , Idiots ( u must be treating me like that ) can never be.

Sir, I am also concerned about to deaths and bad accidents of pedastrians and motorists by dumpers . They r next to infamous blue line of Delhi. Pl. show ur concern and take up issue with BMC and others concerned.

Dear Mr. Tholiya,

Instead of blaming WIAA for the statistics you being an activist should know that nobody has the statistics, even the full data is not with the insurance companies or any authorities, so don't blame WIAA when the authorities have not got it.

Your e-mails to dealers of companies would not serve any purpose or the car manufacturers as they don't have the data of accidents.
